- No electricity for many hours but only in a part of the hotel for second class guests, bar with very loud dance music in the night, banya not working and was the main reason to book that hotel, in the banya the woman responsible was very rude19.10.2021

All is well, except audibility between the rooms. I have the feeling that the walls do not exist. Otherwise, a solid five, especially for the location.

A very good place.
It would be ideal if the rooms would be information about the bath. Not very convenient in the corridor to meet preskurant services. And if there is information about other services and entertainment complex. Were you already 5 times, but only now learned of the existence of baths.
Very inconvenient for the kettle... in the modern hotels on the floor is usually cooler there. And most importantly the kettle refused to bring in the room and had to run to them.
Specify that you have Parking in Buckingham. This time we wanted to another hotel to go out for lack of Parking, well decided to the hotel to call and clarify.
And last. In Brewer on small tables wouldn't hurt to make the lighting. The menu is not visible.. even the food is not visible))!

A great place anytime of the year! The prices are certainly not the most loyal, of services meet. The rooms are VERY clean, everything works and shows. The breakfasts are fabulous! For every taste, eyes are dazzled. Convenient location: close to the Kremlin and the waterfront, many restaurants and cafeterias with delicious food. Friendly staff. Sauna/bath need to book well in advance, take all very quickly. In the sauna it has pool, refrigerator, shower, tub with icy water, served tea. It is better to take at least 2 hours. Will definitely be back!!!!
