- Kept waiting for immigration card for long time, I never faced this in any hotel in Russia before. None can speak English, not friendly for tourist other than Russian. The photo shown is during their opening time, should upload recent photos, carpets looks dirty, it is not a good choice for the value of money.

The hotel is mediocre. There is a kettle, water and tea in the room. Wi-fi only for the elite, system admin said that Beeline does not allow you to log in, enter another phone number (such as MTS) can go a SMS with the password will come;( the Breakfast is inedible in any way. Liked the friendly and personalized service staff (especially administrator) who tried everything to smooth out and add comfort. *Alexander*

Awful hotel. We lived in a room in which a toilet and a bathroom were for 2 rooms. The lock in the toilet was broken. No slippers. Bed linen is old and with holes, pillows are old, knocked down, it is impossible to sleep on them. The mattresses are old, the beds creak. We had breakfast included, but we could not have breakfast as there was nothing. We came at 9, breakfast until 10 or 11 I don't remember exactly, but there was no food, everything was sorted out. Price / quality does not match.

We settled in earlier. Polite staff. 2-room suite is spacious and bright. Decent furniture, comfortable bed. Refrigerator, 2 TVs, electric kettle, set of dishes. Bathrobes, slippers. Breakfast (buffet) for "C". The choice is small. Porridge - boiled cereal, drenched in milk (Chicken wings as the only hot meat is also somehow not very good ... The location is quite good. The main attractions are about 20 minutes on foot.

I'll write right away that these are 3 stars, no more, the hotel was redesigned from a Soviet small family, the repair is simple, 20 years ago, with a large TV and even a VCR))) yes, you get a little into the beginning of the 2000s, not in the USSR, we lived in a 2 room an apartment with a kitchen, although there is no dishes to cook. The room is clean, fully equipped with bedding and bath utensils, a plate and glasses ... Good shower pressure.
Polite staff, guarded parking for 100 rubles, with security, the car was seen from the window, the hotel is not located in a quiet place, with access to the avenue on one side and close to the railway station, the trains are slightly audible.
Breakfast is basic but very satisfying.
A hotel without pathos - if they say that they are 3 stars, then they do not break higher, I advise. The center can be reached on foot in a straight line.
