A soviet flophouse with unjustifiably high prices. The interior and bathroom are on a solid grade. An advertising campaign about a gorgeous view from the window overlooking the cathedral costs nothing, as well as the number of rooms in this mountain hotel.

The rooms are comfortable and cozy. But suddenly the hot water turned cold. The administrator could not help in any way, she only argued that throughout the hotel (they skillfully got out), although other guests did not complain that day about the lack of hot water. The refrigerator did not cool a small bottle of the drink in 1 hour, and the products left in it until the morning and completely deteriorated. The reception is not friendly, only when you check in they talk with dignity, after that, even though the grass does not grow and you are not a guest of this institution. Breakfast is a separate topic - a bunch of cooks and staff sit at a common table and have breakfast at 9:55 am. So many "flattering phrases" were heard that breakfast until 10:00 (although it is quite possible to have time to serve it in 5 minutes), that after that the appetite of course disappeared ... After me, a few more who wanted to have breakfast came in, but they did not say a word at all. STAFF treat people like guests and not like street dogs. Greetings to the owner of the hotel, Aleksandr Anatolyevich Dmitriev and the manager, I.A. It used to be better. You lose the status of gentlemen leaders.

Large building. Many different boutiques, beauty parlors: shugaring, cilia, manicure. There is a specialized cosmetics shop. Two cafes side by side, practically in the same building. In the 821 room they do an excellent manicure. Highly recommend

The hotel is located in the center (Chita), everything is within walking distance. Opposite the railway station. Many people without a fixed place of residence. The hotel itself is combined with a shopping center, there are a variety of boutiques. There is no parking. Registered quickly.

The TV is there and it works. The air conditioner is working. There is a refrigerator, not working, and very small with a bad smell. Hairdryer does not work in the bathroom, there are no rugs. When you first turned on the water went brown, it was lowered for a long time, then it was normal. Hot water flowed into the wash basins from a cold faucet, and cold water from a hot one. Toilet paper is cheap, very hard, no air freshener. There were disposable hygiene items. The beds wobbled, the springs pressed against the mattresses. The pillows are bad. Bedding is clean, but worn out. Enough towels. There was a kettle, 4 mugs, spoons, a decanter. Bottled water 5l. Breakfast included. Cafe on the ground floor. For breakfast, they offered oatmeal milk porridge (undercooked water with cereal and diluted with milk and very salty) or pasta with sausage (cheap horns that were salted, a piece of boiled sausage, a drop of ketchup). You pour your own tea and coffee. Each portion was given a sandwich with ham and fresh cucumber, butter and Choco-pie cookies.

Lived in the Suite. The attitude of the staff is horrible, the garbage and the room cleaned only after reminders, in the hallway dirty dishes stood for half a day, cheaper toilet paper does not exist in principle, with rags sypitsya trash, linen change at the personal request, the bed not made. For Breakfast the sausages are overcooked, sometimes the lack of a buffet (if a little tenants), in this case the client is not asking what it will be, maybe there is an Allergy on products, give something that is. Early departure only too happy, nor any dry rations. Great will never stop.
