The hotel rooms was not clean, i had severe allergies from the carpet in the room. The curtains was pulled out and no one fixed it. I didn’t not relaxed at that resort at all. Outdated hotel.

It's a large hotel in need of renovation, with a "socialist" flair... not comparable to Western standards.

Must go to the most of people. Those, suffering of medical conditions will get outstanding treatments, those lucky who around age of 50 have no medical issues (show me one) - will get tranquility and recharge their batteries. Magical place If you like old world charm and elegance, this is the place for you. Delightful surroundings with serious healing treatments on offer. The only let down was the food, at times, but otherwise would highly recommended. Definitely returning.

The spa is nice but some workers need to be English speakers. The location of the hotel is good but the service is not the money worthy. The cleanliness is not good ( towels and bed sheets changing) They forgot to put refreshments all the day and even complained with nothing changed.

A pleasant hotel with few dysfunctional services It was a pleasant stay. I have been staying in this hotel for years since 1999. The hotel has been indeed completely transformed since, with positive changes except for one... Their WiFi and internet connection is getting worse. The hotel is well located on the Vah River. It is easy to walk to many restaurants and shops as well as along the river. The hotel common areas and rooms are in good condition, and the staff is very helpful. Parking can be an issue if you are there during a busy time. Goos location but very old building need refurbushment and refurnished

Definitely 4 stars in Slovakia are different from other parts or Europe. This for me would be closer to a 3 stars. Rooms outdated but still clean. Every room has a balcony which is nice. Great staff, at least in the reception everyone was great. Good location, close to everything interesting in the area.

There are beautiful old 300 years trees. On the place in front of hotel stays the car, made in1819.

This is an amazing place to relax on weekends stay. Mud Bath, Mirror Bath and Massage are recommended here, rooms are quite nice and restaurants and cafes inside are quite good...lots of activities to do like bicycling and more....recommended.

Great spa, despite very basic accommodation facilities

A pretty nice historical place. One can choose from three foods. The staff is very nice and helps you to organize your needs. (There is a cat outside to offer you zootherapy.) I have been mislead, you have to go to the park to feed the cat. The surroundings offer spa, water therapy, NAP Parafango and many others.

Let's start with the good things: The spa and the treatments are amazing. Organized staff speaking many languages, the mud wrappings are a must, the wifi is strong in the hotel and the spa area is silent (no wifi, phones on silent, feels amazing). Beautifully renovated hotel with ample parking, excellent food all inclusive with generous choices, beer and wine included. Snack bar open all day for snacks. Nice, clean and cosy hotel in the centre of this beauty city. Everyone there was very kind and helpful! The food is very good (breakfast), drinks are cold and served in pretty glasses. This location deserve for 6 stars! Dziękuję!

I spent three wonderful days at Penzion Tematin with my family. I couldn't be better! Excellent owners, wonderful services, absolutely clean rooms and fair price. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants have a proper vacation. This is the 15th time I was here and it was always a pleasure staying at Penzion Temation. Thank you so much and see again! We stayed at penzion Tematin for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they spoke multiple foreign languages. The entire hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend this place to everyone.

A classy old Hotel beautifully maintained. the staff are friendly and patient with English speakers. Thursday night dinner had a grill available and it was delicious.

Extremely cosy hotel, we had an amazing stay here. The restaurant here is the best one we visited in Slovakia. Perfect breakfast with great coffee and fresh fruits. There are bicycles for rent, it takes 5 minutes to ride to "spa island" - which is perfect for bicycle rides.

Wonderful and wormy and the food lavely

Restaurant doesn't seem to be a culinary place, but food is indeed great. I personally recommend Wiener schnitzel which was almost like in Figlmüller.

The staff is serviceable and nice. We asked a room with an air conditioner but the air condition did not work good at all. The rooms are big but without air - stuffy. The safe did not work at the beginning but they fixed it after a day. We saw that there are hotels in spa island which were cheaper then here near veh river. So we were sorry not to order there....

Staff are super helpful. Room was nice. Spa amenities okay. We rented bikes, a great experience. An interesting route to arrive, you feel like you are on a bike path as you approach. It's a nice town.

Hotel Park is very well situated, it looks good at first glance, although the exterior is a bit outdated, but its interior is gradually being renovated. For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent.

Very good hotel in Italian style / good bar and wines / top thermal waters in the SPA / free transfer for everyone / very great care of the staff and owners of the hotel / recommend. The hotel is near the lake, there is a very good lake and water skiing and it is very close to the resort.

I was there like 3 years ago and i am content about my stay. Rooms were clean and tidy. Food was delicious and plenty. There was a gym(not so spacious but enough). Also there is a pool table that is perfect. The only problem can be a distance to the city, but no big deal. Anyway great stay
