The kitchen was closed during weekend, we got a breakfast box with same very basic stuff. When we asked about where the restaurant for breakfast was the day before, the receptionist said it's downstairs but somehow forgot to mention we won't even get there there the next morning and would get only those boxes. If we knew, we would cancel. You're much better off having a wonderful breakfast in a close by Bon Bon cafe

This place it's a hotel it is more of a jail than a hotel the infitructure of this place looks like 19th century the walls of the hotel are very dirty the receptionist was yelling at me in Slovak I didn't understand what she was saying another man came and gave me my room key the room I was given was atrocious the mattress had several holes the were CUM STAINS ON THE FLOOR The fridge was filled with rotten food I requested my room be changed the staff then said they were kicking me out of the hotel and that I would not be refunded I was happy to leave that horrifying place these people belong in a jail cell

Came here from PPPeter and wanted to show my support. It looks like you guys are really trying and honestly I was shocked when I watched the video because it really looks super decent, especially for the location and price! I would stay there myself if I could travel. Stay strong guys! You’re doing good! Maybe install an AC/fan system though!

- dirty room
- bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly prior to getting the room
- one of two shower doors was missing
- shower drain was not working, after the small tub got full, water started leaking onto the bathroom floor and even outside, in the room
- beds do not inspire much trust, they seem dirty
- couches are broken and disgustingly dirty
- heard of other rooms barely having water at all
- cantina/restaurant is underground, no air and crowded
- food is mediocre, at best
- refreshments are of low variety and taste bad
Although it is cheap and it is in a nice area, would not recommend at all.

+ rooms towards yard are quite quiet
- quite expensive the rate for dogs: if you have several dogs this additional fee easily might extend room rate
- using elevator to upper levels and from reception to exit/ground floor you have to call each time reception and wait for unlocking
- breakfast room was rather more a cantine for offices located in same building: no athmosphere at all
- water supply war very poor, at least in 4th. floor
- old furniture
- during 3 days stay no towels were changed nor any cleaning in the room

this hotel is really bad, bad quality . this place looks like it was from the 19th century, the service is so rude and its hard to find someone on the reception . no one should visit this place unless you dont have a place to stay . i would rather buy a sleeping bag and sleep with a homeless person on the street. there are bed bugs on the beds there are crumbs on the floor the carpet has stains and the bathroom is disguisting and the tub looks like there is poo on it. the rooms smell

This place is hell on earth, maybe I got a bad room and the sewage doesn't over flow in the bathroom i the other rooms? Either way the club outside goes nonstop, terrible place.
