The staff is very rude in general and resoects no privacy. They knock on the door and immediately coming in no matter what.

Very kind people. Waited for us even when we were late in the night.
Very good breakfast with some Polish tastes:) it was relief after week of Italian food :):)
We recommend it on a way to Bukowina from ski in Italy.

They never clean the rooms or change towels. Breakfast was good but dinner was always sweet traditional, not my cup of tea. The staff didn't speak English. One waitress at the restaurant was rude to the people. One day she said" Eat and go", I guess she wanted to finish up and leave but that's not a way to treat people, you know.

Very old hotel with old furniture and style.
The rooms are big, but they were not properly maintained and certainly need a refurbishment.
There are bugs in the rooms and spiders in the bathroom.
The breakfast was ok but limited.
The staff was friendly and helpful and waited for us later than the check-in time.
I will choose another hotel next time.

I love that place! The city is nice, the hotel is nice too, around the city there are so many good places what everyone must to see!

The hotel needs an IT update. The first receptionist didnt know anything about our booking, which brought unnecessary confusion. I specially liked the AC.
