Although we only stayed for one night, the harbour-view room provided a pleasantly relaxing evening as we indulged in wine and cheese assortments purchased from the 7-Eleven store in the lobby. The next morning, we explored Chinatown District on a peaceful winter morning before heading to Seoul.

there is a 711 store below the hotel which is very accessible. there’s a photobooth too if you want some memories of the trip. even though its in Incheon, the location still needs at least 40 mins via taxi. the location itself is near the port, but not noisy. i find the place very peaceful compared to Seoul which is very busy.

my only concern is that one of the two single beds is facing the mirror - which is not good especially for Asian’s beliefs. the wifi is turning off in the middle of the night like 12mn.

1. I'm not sure if smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but there are smoke detectors, and I heard there's a fine if you're caught. So, some guests smoke in the bathroom.
Because of this, when the cleaning staff came in, they went straight to clean the bathroom. The bed wasn't made, and water wasn't replenished.
I have to wonder, is bathroom cleaning the only housekeeping service this hotel offers?

2. In China and some other countries, check-out is at 12 PM. Even though I'm a frequent guest here, I forgot this time that check-out is at 11 AM. So, at 11:30 AM, the front desk called to ask me to check out. I instinctively said 12 PM, and the response was an abrupt "No, check out now!" delivered in a commanding tone.
I'm always happy to follow rules, and I understand it was my mistake to be past 11 AM. But what I can't understand is being ordered, "No, check out now!"
I have to wonder, does this hotel practice any form of customer-oriented management?

Booked this hotel for a concert in Incheon. The transportation is quite convenient, it's very close to Incheon subway station, and I could take the subway directly to the airport the next day. There's a Mega Coffee nearby, and right next door is a police station, so the security felt pretty good. The hotel is large and tall, but the room itself looked a bit dated, though still tolerable.

The hotel is 10 mins walk from the train station and the wolmi sea train. There is also a bus stop outside the entrance which has buses going to the Sinpo market. The room is clean, bed is comfortable and with harbour view.

The hotel is located right next to Chinatown, which feels like a rather vibrant part of Incheon. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and small bars around. While there are also many museums, they didn't seem to have much to offer.

The room was dirty but they quickly changed it for me. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I arrived and left. There is convenience store in the lobby which is helpful. Harbor view room has a good view. Location very far from Seoul but close to shops, restaurants and China Town. Overall average

Hotel Harbor Park provided an awesome experience for our family! The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, especially the mattresses! We would highly recommend this location!

Quite good as a double bed room. A bit far away from the mtr station but still easy to transfer from the bus or mtr to other locations.
