Excellent choice for attending performances in Incheon, great value for money, and the breakfast offers a wide selection. I arrived for a music festival and they even let me check in around 11 AM. Toothbrushes needed to be purchased separately, but they waived the fee at checkout.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel’s location is convenient for getting around the city. Stayed here for the Incheon Music Festival. The location is excellent, and it's close to the airport. The hotel also offers a fantastic free shuttle service. The rooms are quite spacious. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Incheon!

Paradise city is the perfect hotel if you’d like to be near the airport and entertained. The hotel offers plenty to do with multiple options of restaurants and bars, a ****** as well as other amenities. Cimer is located at the hotel and can be used for an extra fee. The food was exquisite and the service was great!

The lobby is okay, but honestly, the room quality is a bit disappointing for a 5-star hotel; it feels a bit overrated. The service was just average. After checking in, no staff helped us with our luggage or showed us to the elevator.

The jjimjilbang and spa is called Cimer, just like in Korean dramas. Highly recommend it! It felt like a lot of local Koreans were there. Our hotel room booking included Cimer access, so I didn't pay close attention to the exact cost. But even if there's a charge, it's definitely worth experiencing. The hotel also has art exhibitions.

The room was spacious and the facilities were new. It was super convenient for getting to the airport, and the shuttle bus driver provided excellent service. Was only in transit for 2 days and didn't need to go to Seoul, so this place halfway between Incheon airport and Seoul was perfect. Take the Arex, and then change to another line to get here. Not difficult. Some reviews said there was a direct bus, but when I asked at the bus counter at the airport, they said no. Toyoko Inn was as usual dependable. Best part, they don't hike up the price on weekends

Every time I come to Incheon for a performance, I book this hotel. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. They offer luggage storage, and the rooms are quite clean. There are also many convenience stores nearby. Highly recommend!

Booked this hotel for a concert in Incheon. The transportation is quite convenient, it's very close to Incheon subway station, and I could take the subway directly to the airport the next day. There's a Mega Coffee nearby, and right next door is a police station, so the security felt pretty good. The hotel is large and tall, but the room itself looked a bit dated, though still tolerable.

I booked this hotel for my families, the location was perfect.

The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Songdo, making it super convenient for getting around. There's also a Lotte Mart nearby for shopping. The breakfast, however, is quite simple and the food selection is a bit limited. The coffee is also a bit weak; you need two shots of espresso to get a normal-strength coffee. All in all, everything else is fine besides the breakfast.

This hotel is no train (Metro) near by, You must walk to Bus stop about 300 M. to get the bus for train and this bus take about 10 min, not good if you carry many things in your hand after your shopping, this hotel is good for eating place and evening night life

I booked the hotel as I was flying out of Seoul at night so I wanted an inexpensive room to drop off my luggage and to wash up before flying. Hotel is clean, modern and the price was really attractive. I arrived a little early and was able to check in early which was perfect.

Everything was fine but the staffs need some more careful to keep clean because my wife found two long hairs (not my wife's because her hair is very short) on room floor. It would be a engineering mistake - the water from shower room flooding to the most of bathroom floor because they have no separate drain in shower room.

I've always stayed in basic rooms, but since there weren't any available rooms, I stayed in a luxury room. The room was definitely spacious, and being on the second floor made it convenient for getting around.

The room was quite spacious, almost like an apartment. I specifically chose a hotel near Unseo because I didn't want to wake up super early for my flight. Hotels in Korea generally seem a bit pricey, so the value for money isn't great. But for a one-night stay, I wasn't too picky. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and even an Olive Young.
