Great location with the airport bus and subway stop right in front of the hotel. But the dongdaemun area isn’t as touristy as other places in Seoul - food options weren’t as great so that is something to consider! View outside our room was really nice:)

1. Upon check-in, I found fried chicken and crumbs beside the bed, which clearly shows the room was not cleaned properly.
2. On check-out day, your staff asked us to store our luggage on the 2nd floor, while two Western guests were allowed to store theirs conveniently near the front desk. We do not understand this difference in treatment. The female staff member was very unfriendly and did not apologize to me after the incident. I had to complain to the hotel manager before I finally received an apology. This experience made my trip very unpleasant. 😕

Booked the family twin room.The room is big and clean. Location is good. Walking distance to shopping places. Breakfast choices limited. We went down at 9 plus, the staff only replenished in small portions which were gone in minutes.

The location is superb convenience where the metro station exit is just right infront of the hotel. It is also a bus stop where the airport limousine bus hop on and off in front of the hotel.. 7 eleven and e mart is just within 20m to 100m walking distance.. hotels offer locker for luggage storage less than 24 hours which is a great added point to me. In the room, they even provide body lotion sachet in the bathroom. TV is accessible to YouTube channel. Just one down thing, the pillow is way too soft. Other than this, others are superb.

Second time staying, loved the location - train station is right outside hotel, take exit 4 (with lift). And airport limo bus is also right outside. Room is clean and nice, toilet is big. Recept are all friendly too. Experienced water leak at aircon area on first night, called housekeeping and they quickly sent an engineer up to check and clean up. No issue after that, is a pleasant stay.

Location 100%, the main draw of stay- the limousine bus to/from ICN airport.
Thoughtfulness 100%, heat pack were provided and its of good quality!
Cleanliness 90%, overall was up to standard, slippers provided was of great amenities, smells around toilet bowl could do better and a piece of used contact lens found on side table.
Room 90%, spacious, clean and neat. Could have another towel holder instead of 1. Humidifier and ionizer was provided, very thoughtful.

The location is perfect. The staff are kind and friendly. My room was great because it was on the 19th floor and had the view of the city and DDP. The place was clean and quiet and I even got “turned down service” which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed coming back from a long day to a freshly cleaned room and freshly made bed and restocked fridge and bathroom amenities. I will definitely book again the next time I go to Seoul.
