The Grand Walkerhill Hotel was so amazing! At the level and caliber of the hotel, it was a simple and grand hotel. Room itself was clean and loved the counter space where I sat to work and drink my coffee. Pressure of the shower was amazing!

The Shilla Seoul is truly a comfortable hotel. From its overall style to its architecture, everything is incredibly refined. It has a very 'old money' vibe but still feels incredibly welcoming and personable. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for my next visit to Seoul.

The type of room we had reserved is the apartment type that consist of 3 bedrooms and 1 living room. The size is big but there is no daily service to clean the room. The apartment is located in the front area of the hotel, separating from the hotel. The CU shop (24hrs) was easily to walk in 5 min. The employees were incredibly kind and approachable. The cleaning ladies were warm and friendly, and they did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of my room while my son was there. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable for someone like me who was recovering from surgery. It was old and saggy, and you could feel the springs on your back. It desperately needed a new mattress.
