We had an upper apartment in the Red Zone which did overlook onto the empty hotel complex next door where there were some people squatting. It was not a problem for us! We had a great patio area at the front corner of the complex which gave sun all day. We were situated in the red zone, which was fine overall, but the room lacked natural light and felt very dark. That won’t bother everyone, but personally I prefer a brighter space. The balcony only received a couple of hours of direct sunlight each day, and as someone who enjoys sitting outside reading and relaxing, I would have preferred more sun. Visited for 5 nights this month. We arrived around 6pm and were checked in by a very nice receptionist. He was informative and extremely friendly. The apartment was clean modern and nicely presented. There was complimentary water and a selection of teas and coffees. In the kitchen area there was a pack with washing up liquid and cloths which was a nice touch. Debi Just got back from our stay and we had the best time. Apartment was clean and well equipped. I was a solo user for my room and it was really big. The staff was so helpful and polite. Gino the man who owns the pool bar was so nice and i had a laugh and a dance with him. I have read a few reviews saying he is rude but he wasn't with us he was great. Lovely hotel, rooms are lovely and the staff are very helpful and polite. Location is fantastic . Only downside was the usual sunbed queens who queue from 09:30 , get their sunbed the go out for the morning . Extremely annoying.

Just back home after two weeks at Villa Florida, previously we stayed at the top of the hill so being closer to the centre and coast was welcomed this time around. On arrival the hotel reception staff were very helpful and we quickly located our upgraded apartment 168 next to the pool...The apartment was very clean and nicely arranged and we quickly settled in for a much needed sleep. Lovely bright...

Not bad ! The royal level needs more attention. As it is now it's just overpriced The Brazilian needs air-condition

We came to this hotel after the original hotel we booked was disgusting, this hotel is amazing. Especially the royal level adults only. 5 star service, golf buggies to take you places, welcome drinks at every meal and on arrival, lindor chocolate and turn down service, amazing food. Overall was more like a 5 star.

I had a wonderful week at Barceló Fuerteventura Royal Level - Adults Only – a quiet, stylish hotel with excellent food and great service. I especially loved the comfortable rooms, the high-quality breakfast, and the heated pool. A minor downside was the early reservation of sunbeds, but overall, it was a perfect relaxing vacation.

So friendly, felt like a queen.

We had a great holiday and loved out time there. We had a couple of issues with our shower/toilet but they were fixed in a heartbeat. Hotel and staff were fantastic and great service. On area of improvement we thought could be around the food, for dinners in particular, but a like most all inclusive buffets. Would highly recommend staying!

Second visit to this hotel. Great for female holidaymakers with friends or on their own. Pool area & vibe fantastic. Very enthusiastic but low key aqua aerobics. Rooms / patio areas are lovely but watch out for the cats. Bit of a pest. Food is high quality but personally I found a little disappointing. Staff are wonderful. Will return.
