Hotels in Costa Teguise

Positive surprise this hotel. We were two weeks here. Only thing i cant tell about is food because we hadnt any. This area is full of restaurants and room had kitchenette so we wanted to eat different places everyday. Also right against hotel is Dino market. Cleanness was really good. Nothing to complain. Only proposal would be that also balcony floor and table could be cleaned at same when apartment...

The room is very spacious and location is fantastic. Lots of good restaurants and convenient store within 2-min walk. The pavement around sea is just downstairs where you can walk slowly and enjoy the sea view. The furnitures are very old so look a bit dirty. The hairdryer blows strong wind, which is much better than many 4-star or 5-star hotels. Each room has a boiler and kitchen. Breakfast is delicious...

The hotel is in a great location close to the beach and promenade. There are many shops and restaurants in the area. I arrived in the evening only to be told I had to wait at least fifteen minutes for a receptionist to return from a break before I could check in - it seems the reception is not properly staffed at all times, as the person who greeted me could not deal with check ins. Stayed on a B&B basis and was impressed with the breakfast. Unfortunately there is construction work directly next door so from 8am there is a lot of noise and as it’s only just started looks like it may well be 2-3 YEARS before completion.We stayed in block 11 which was yards away from the site as is blocks 7,8,9,10 so message hotel for a low block.

Very nice apartments, clean throughout, staff helpful, good location

After reading some of the reviews of Santa Rosa, especially about the food, I was almost going to change our hotel for our Lanzarote holiday. I am really glad I didn't. Travelling with two young children, all I really want on a holiday is a peaceful base with enough room to enjoy a quite evening and decent sleep. Not much to add to all the previous reviews as they are all accurate, great breakfasts, poor evening meals, but every other aspect of this place is great - location, cleanliness, facilities (especially for kids) and staff. All I can add is that there are plenty of eateries and bars within a 10 min walk without going into "The Square", places worthy of a mention are Hammy's, La Tunera, Radisson Blu...

The positives: The apartment was a good size and well eqquipped. Reception check in and out was quick and easy. Good sized Pool but freezing( this was expected ) Cleaners came 3 out of 5 days and were very helpful and friendly. Great location as a base for exploring the island. Negatives: No entertainment / no disco for children. Soft play and seating area was full of locals, games were played...

Great hotel with lovely modern clean rooms. We stayed half board but treated it as a bed and breakfast as the evening meals weren’t great, however there are many nice restaurants in Costa Teguise which we enjoy to visit and eat more Spanish food rather than the standard buffet food. All the staff that we encountered were really friendly and are a credit to the hotel, we noticed there was constant cleaning...

Stayed a week from 2nd to 9th December, apartment spacious, modern , comfortable, and a good size . Plenty of sunbeds , all areas spotless . Plenty of bars / restaurants within a minute of the complex . Very chilled atmosphere , will definitely return.

Right then here goes Stayed here Christmas Eve till Jan 7th 2025 on arrival all looks ok until we were given our room 317 top floor no lift partner 76 years old myself bk complications walking into block paint falling of walls all debris all over carpet we get in the room ok clean but very tired microwave old as me plug hanging of wall to fridge no heating as it was very chilli of a night went down...

Tired apartments, great location great view. Staff are very nice and friendly. Tatty and in need of maintenance. Very quiet . Bed was uncomfortable and shower was inconsistent . Glad I tried and only stayed 2 nights . Wouldn’t return

We have stayed at Neptuno Suites three times now. The staff are always very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The main building and apartments are clean and of good size, although it all does need refreshing. Cooking facilities are sufficient, two ring induction hob, kettle, toaster and a full size fridge. what a little treasure of a place, beachfront facing, lovely staff, so clean too,all staff seem to help each other with daily chores , nice to see team spirit

Good hotel everything that you need they provide would book again

The staff is very attentive, and the facilities are adequate. The apartment is basic (no washing machine) but has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. ☺️

De slaap/zitbank was doorgezakt. Internet was regelmatig slecht. Voor de rest was alles goed

Had a nice week, a few minor issues but were sorted quite quickly by the hotel. Trips from the hotel are good value for money, buy your Auqa park tickets from reception to get a little discount. Park is only a short 10 minutes potter away. Happy hour is great value. 6till 7m a perfect time to meet up with other people and chat over your adventures and watch the sun disappear.
