Great place, just three complains. The slow and un-syncronized elevators can really become annoying, The 17th floor is a missed opportunity for a nice place for drinks and music, instead it is like a cafeteria that has alcoholic drinks. The AC maintains the rooms very cold even in winter, that can be uncofortable for some people like me.

The lady who checked us in was really lovely and helpful, shes on an in internship from Poland. Our room wasnt ready on time and so because we had to wait, we were given a complementary coffee and cake for two in the restaurant on 17th floor. It was then when we went to use it that we realised they obviously had a lack of staff. We had to wait for over 20 mins to get in and then when we were shown...

Very nice hotel. Staff really friendly. Stayed for two days used relaxing spa and had a very energising deep tissue massage. We loved the suite the comfortable beds and the rich breakfast. The nice view into the atlantic as well as the professionally made cocktails in the evening. Only flaw is the stuttering tv reception hence 4* on room. Wont stopping us from staying here again.

Good location for both the airport and wandering around Arrecife. On the plus side we found upon arrival the receptionists were lovely, the Pool bar staff & Alarz team were also attentive & the Spa team great with a special mention to Alina who managed to straighten out my dodgy back following a particular hectic game of Paddle! Best point of hotel is the spacious rooms with great views. Nice welcome comfortable checkin with a cava. Arriveffe is a working Spanish town which is rather run down not many nice restaurants to eat. We were half board which is in the buffet restaurant we are not big fans of buffet food but this one was not too noisy and nice food changed daily. Great location, Spa experience and food. Staff pleasant. We chose this hotel for indoor swimming pool but the pool was a bar pool with people sitting around and having drinks. Not a pool we expected. Other than that all very good. Likely to visit again!

Excellent position on corner of pedestrianised area directly across from beach. Lovely rooftop terrace & pool, reasonably priced pool bar. Breakfast exceeded expectations & was as good as any higher rated hotel.  Definitely would recommend this hotel & would stay again.

Great Hotel and location. Main problem was that the hotel does not have central heating in any rod the rooms.  Rooms get cold in the winter. This should be made apparent in their brochure of the facilities. If I had known there was no heating I would not have booked this hotel

The hotel is modern and well located across from the (closed) beach. Reception and all other staff are pleasant and helpful. My room was clean, large and airy with a small balcony over a side street - table, 2 chairs and an extendable clothes rail. Third time staying here - ideal and the sea view balcony rooms are perfect.

Stayed at the Hotel Lancelot for the weekend. The rooms are spotless and beds were super comfortable. Appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. We stayed full board, which is excellent value for money. The food is delicious. We didn’t use the pool, but the area looked really lovely. A great experience and can highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It is amazing, great rooms with balconys and the service, staff, food and facilities where wonderful. It is located right at the beach front. We even got to view the suites on the top floor which have spectacular views as well. Looking forward to returning sime time in the near future. Gorgeous view right on the beach. Good sized balcony. Spacious twin room. Nice, plentiful cooked and continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shops just steps away from the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Arrived early and there was no problem getting early access to the room. Very helpful staff.

Great position, right on the beach

A charming, peaceful hotel with a view of the ocean. Nearby there are many cafes and restaurants where you can eat well and drink delicious Spanish beer or colorful drinks. Hotel service at the highest level. It is very surprising that the hotel has only 3 stars. The hotel is worth recommending but I recommend booking rooms with a view of the ocean

Definitely not 5 star. Likes - nice room, staff lovely Dislikes - no reception staff, location is remote. Very few amenities at hotel. Head chef keeps coming out of the kitchen every night to proudly announce how great he is . Overall it was disappointing and not worth the money

Excellent hotel , from arriving to leaving we were looked after perfectly, the pool area was amazing , the breakfast was the best I have experienced in a long time , the dinner was great , the location was good , 30 minute walk into Arrecife , 25 min walk to Playa Yamaha where it had a nice beach and little restaurants , would definitely go back , thank you Villa Vik ❤️

I was welcomed with a glass of cava at check in and after paperwork wss completed, shown to my room upstairs. The room was well appointed with a bottle of chilled cava in the ice bucket and a basjet of fresh fruit items. The doors opened up to the large balcony overlooking the pool area and sea beyond. Lovely spacious room in lovely relaxed hotel. Extremely friendly and engaging staff. Only suggestion is that they could do with tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The Hotel Villa Vic, Arrecife, lanzarote is a small boutique hotel with about 14 rooms. We were half board and took lunch on 5 of the 6 days there. This hotel is very central overlooking the sea. Everything about this hotel was excellent, all staff so friendly and helpful. Decor throughout the hotel was beautiful, the apartment had everything we needed. Balcony with seating area, and even a swinging chair. On the rooftop was a jacuzzi and beautiful comfy sunbeds and amazing views. 10/10 couldn’t fault it at all 🤩

Very tastefully, individually furnished, clean apartments with balconies (sea view!!) and very comfortable beds in an ideal location within walking distance of the beach, city center, and bus stop. Beautifully furnished roof terrace with a jacuzzi and sunbeds and a magnificent view! Very friendly, hassle-free service and check-in – we've already stayed there three times and would love to come back

Stayed here for a week in April. The apartments are immaculate and have everything you could wish for. Including a beautiful balcony with sea view. There is a solarium on the roof which is beautiful. The staff here are extremely friendly and very helpful and always happy Would definitely recommend these apartments.

Lovely little hotel right on the sea front, few steps leading up to the door, key code needed, but once in there is a lift. Downstairs there is a small lounge area with books and chess, plus tea and coffee facilities with a small charge.
