A great place to spend a few days- super friendly owner!

We stayed for just one night during our hiking holiday. Our double room was quite nice although a little dark and there was not much of a view. It is quite old but has character and charm. Breakfast was nice and pleasant. For the check-in we had to call a number that was written on a chalk board outside. No problem – we got through immediately and our key was ready for us inside.

We had a great stay at Son Borguny, and Banyalbufar! This is a stunning destination and the family-run hotel fit into the town beautifully. We really appreciated how friendly everybody was, the recommendations we received for local sights and free areas to park nearby. In general it is a good hotel and staff are professional. The food from their restaurant was above excellent. We had a room booked with an ocean view but got a different room, although they solved it on the second day. First, there was a problem with our reservation. It was originally for three people, and the room wasn't ready when we arrived. The staff quickly resolved the issue by improvising a third bed—uncomfortable and cramped, which was embarrassing. It is a lovely old, traditional hotel that is stylish & understated with great sea from the terrace & from balconies. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately we got off to a bad start because unexpectedly payment for our whole stay was attempted before we even left the Uk. Easily resolved next day.
