The good: food great. Pools very nice and some good entertainment. The bad: TV awful, no WiFi in rooms, cockroach nests under the toilets by the pool area. You had to jump over the nest to get to the toilets! Aaggghhh.. lifts rubbish 2 or 3 out of order and long queues. Still a decent place, regardless of the bad.

The Hotel is beautifully situated. The rooms are spacious and clean. Reception give you a wonderful welcome. Staff very professional and nothing is too much trouble. Just one minor problem on the last day not all lifts working and delays going to and from breakfast.Cannot wait to return. Originally booked 3 days but extended our stay to 5 days.

Nice hotel, clean rooms. We decided to take the option of all inclusive but on reflection this was not a good idea. It clearly stated that cocktails were included.... Not true! Apparently there is one cocktail on offer only! Also the bar staff did not really seem interested in all inclusive guests

Short flight, nice hotel, updated our room and it was amazing, excellent view, so big, clean and we had a butler, if we needed them. Breakfast was lovely. We ate out lunch and evening meal, all restaurants were good on the front. Although it was a hot week, the pool was shut as it was our of season but the beach is across the road. Lovely break. Reception very helpful and friendly.

We booked here for 4 nights over Christmas. Check in was easy (we were the only ones at reception). We were in one of the more dated rooms but it was clean and had everything we needed. We had the loveliest stay here, Rosa on reception was a dream and did everything she could to accommodate our needs. For a 4 star hotel the staff was are amazing, some parts of the hotel are a little outdated, however that did not make a difference to how much we enjoyed our holiday. The room was on the first floor, and the lobby was on the fourth floor. The room was of a decent size, and the main thing was that it had a balcony with a pull-out rope for drying clothes, which was great. The sea view was right when you opened the window.

Hi there, this is a great hotel but its miles from anywhere. You cant walk on the main road there are no pavements and it is dangerous. Its manily spanish there , while we stayed there for ten nights met only one english couple.

I would give them higher score, if not the fact that the hotel allows you to smoke literally everywhere. Assuming it's family oriented hotel, has plenty of kids and people that actually not smoking, would be nice to designate some areas for smoking and ban some in all. It's just unbearable at times. My issue with this hotel is the lack of no-smoking areas as in none what so ever, and being a non smoker I don't understand why I have to be forced to sit with smokers whilst enjoying the entertainment outside and have to inhale the cigarette smoke. The view is utterly resplendent; second to none. The rooms are relatively luxurious and there is also a small private beach by the hotel. None the less, I feel that the rooms are not capacious enough and perhaps the service could be improved slightly.

This is a lovely hotel and the apartments were clean and comfortable. We stayed the week before Easter and the place was empty though. The pool and shuttle bus were not open as it was out of season (?) So we were cut off from everywhere as we had no car. Ot was a €60 trip to town in a taxi and €30 to the nearest shops. Really pretty. Pools are awesome, staff is super friendly, and breakfast is really good. I have a sweet tooth but they had savoury options aswell. It's quite secluded but there's a free shuttle bus to the beach where there's loads of restaurants and bars, it's about €10 in a taxi to the city.

The hotel is in a great location. Our room was spotless, super king bed. We upgraded to a harbour view, it was well worth it.

3 days and an amazing place to stay. The most comfortable spacious noise proof room and balcony. The room had a small fridge. Most staff were very helpful and the whole property was extremely clean. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants nearby. We got a harbour facing room thankfully as the other view is of the cliff and road. Maybe worth requesting when booking as the view is excellent. Fly me to the Moon. This is a beautiful hotel, with friendly staff and great amenities. Loved it so much that we decided to stay an extra day. You can relax by the pool, workout in the gym, or go for a walk down the boardwalk. Tons of food and drink options nearby and parking was super easy.
