Ele Andarax in Aguadulce

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The staff were extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. They were constantly watching me, and it felt like I had no privacy. Even the cleaning ladies seemed to be keeping an eye on me and were in my room every time I returned. It was unsettling, to say the least.

The room itself was not great either. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs poking through, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The balcony was also incredibly noisy and the windows were not double-glazed, so I could hear all the noise from outside at night, which made it even harder to rest. To add to that, on our first day, the table and chairs on the balcony were covered in dust, and we had to clean them ourselves. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, only two small shampoo sachets, which seemed like an odd and inadequate choice of amenities.

The worst part of my stay was on my last day. I wasn't feeling well and was in the garage packing my things. I wanted to rest a little in the reception area, but the hotel manager rudely approached me and told me I wasn't allowed to stay there. He even threatened to call the police on me unless I paid an additional 50 euros! This was completely uncalled for and added unnecessary stress to an already unpleasant experience.

Overall, this hotel provided poor service and a very uncomfortable stay. I would advise others to look elsewhere for accommodation.
