Property a bit dated, there were bugs on the sofa and had german but no UK TV. Breakfast was adequate, sauaages / scrambled egg, ham , cheese, bread, croissants and fruit (tea coffee and juice. I liked everything, the room was big. The only thing was that the washing machine didn't work. And there was no kettle in the room. The hotel is very quiet and calm. Excellent bathroom.
Good Aparthotel in Xabia. Great property for a 1 bed appartment. Good size. Functional kitchen. Location great and easy parking. Lovely hotel! Our room looked over the beach and across the water. It was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, it wasn't a buffet, you ordered off the menu, and it was delicious. The gentleman Peter was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation and has arranged for me to stay at a later point, I highly recommend the hotel and especially Peter. We only stayed the one night in this beautiful little hotel. We wished now that we had based ourselves here instead of where we did in Denia. Our host was so helpful and so accommodating with our stay. We will diffently get back to Calpe and the Terrade Mar as soon as we can. It is a fabulous place to stay and location is perfect.
What a fabulous last minute overnight stay. We had the friendliest welcome we have ever received anywhere and the complimentary glass of wine on arrival was a lovely surprise. It was served on the beautiful terrace which has a lovely view over the church . Our bedroom was cute with a really big bathroom. We will definitely be back 😊
Our 2nd time here, dog friendly, allocated parking and a lovely little roof terrace. Rooms are quirky, clean and comfortable. WIFI and large tv. Rooms have a liitle balcony. The hotel is in the heart of the old town and a 10 minute walk from the beach, a real treasure. Excellent cafe across the road for breakfast.
Found this hotel after a quick search on TA and we did not regret we chose this place. Very charming little hostel with fine rooms. Service from the three ladies was tremendous and we really felt us welcomed. We had breakfast each morning and it was super nice at a very beautiful terrace. Thanks a lot!

Stayed for Christmas and New Year and it was an excellent apartment with everything you needed. Cleaning pack was included which was helpful. Washing machine was a bonus. Clean maid was in a couple of days during 14 night stay which is better than coming in everyday. Central to bars etc. Staff are really lovely. Would certainly recommend and would go again thank you.
We loved it! The apartment had two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries, laundry room with clothesline, living room with sofa bed and a huge terrace with incredible views. We will definitely be back.

Excellent loction, superb sea views, we collected our keys from the office, which is a 5 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very spacious with all the amenities we needed. Very clean and exactly as photos. We stayed in 7-2. 3 bedrooms and 2 wash rooms. Would definitely use again.
We arrived later than planned but Valentino greeted us with keys and essential instructions for the apartment, once we were inside it was instantly obvious we had made the right choice, 3 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge/balcony overlooking the beach. Great apartment in a fantastic location. Only gripe was that we were given only one set of keys for 4 adults! This meant that if one couple went back early then the other couple had to escort them before going back out. Not ideal. This needs to be rectified.
The 3 bedroom apartment was absolutely wonderful. We all had a good time. Views from windows of the walkway and beach. Room rates were very good, as accommodation was 4-5 star. I will book again next time.
Fantastic location. Tatty but comfortable, kitchen needs major updating, some things do not work and some do not look H&S compliant - iron cable broken in places and a gaffer tape repair in another. They appear to be updating the apartments in the block so worth asking for photos before booking

Stayed for a very happy month here. On arriving collected key from hotel three hundred yards away up the street. There is a key to get into the compound and then same key to enter the building and another key to get into the room. All appeared to be very secure. Great hotel and facilities for a budget holiday. My grown up son and I spent 5 nights at this resort for a quick break. Apartment was clean. Indoor pool and gym were superb. Was a bit cold for outdoor swimming. Staff were exceptional from start to finish. Travel agent messed up our booking, which is not hotels fault. 100% for hotel.
Quiet location, a 15min walk to old town and beach, down hill definitely need a taxi back for 5 to 7 euros. Large apartment very clean and well equipped. Excellent shower plenty of hot water. Excellent location. Rooms have everything you need if you like supporting local businesses. Therefore, there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. There is a machine in reception but with a number of excellent cafe bars literally on the doorstep it's not an issue. Everything else you need is in the room, including a free safety deposit box.

All good, beautiful view, beautiful room, the only flaw is that after 1am they close the main entrance and you are forced to enter from behind but it is a very tiring and long climb.

We have just arrived, really clean, comfy and spacious, however thought we would have had a balcony or terrace :( as we like to sit out on the balcony in the sun. Other than that, we cannot fault it. Fresh cold water waiting for us in the fridge and the pool looks inviting.
