It was a shame that the terrace was completely covered by an umbrella that obscured the entire pool view. But the pool and spa were the most enjoyable, and the weather was wonderful

Outside pool had plenty of loungers but isn’t heated so too cold for December. Indoor spa pool small but hot and nice

Staff at check in were very friendly and efficient. Room was a little tired and small for a family space but clean. Pool is very busy with lots of families, good facilities for kids

Love the pools! Restaurant area was a bit basic - more like a canteen. Very very limited vegetarian options

Location was convenient, close to the port of Denia and close to lots of local restaurants. The street food market was about a 20 minute walk away and it’s fabulous!! Excellent value for money

I expected to be in a good, comfortable and pleasant hotel and I found all that and more things. Among those more things, a restaurant with a very good menu and cuisine, far superior to what I expected.

Excellent Marriott hotel set on a golf course. I wasn't there for the golf but the hotel is within a short drive a multiple towns. The hotel has plenty of room both in your room and the public areas

The air conditioning could have been slightly stronger, but that’s really just a minor point. Breakfast was excellent: varied, fresh, and delicious. During the month of July, it did tend to get quite busy after 10 a

, so if you want to avoid the crowds, I’d recommend going earlier. The pool area was very pleasant, and there were always enough sunbeds available, even during busy times

Nice rooms and a good pool, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The only downside is the location; you need a car for everything. Recommended.

Service was great but long queues/wait time to talk to someone

Nice touches like dry towels both before the swim and before the massage were an added bonus. We enjoyed a glass of Cava by the hotel pool afterwards

The breakfast was first class, with lots of choice and their pool and terrace area was really a highlight. The best thing about this hotel though, undoubtably, is the staff

What a great hotel this is, located just a few minutes’ walk from town and only 2 minutes to the beach. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a great size, with terraces and everything you could need

Then came the 50 minutes oriental massage which was heavenly. Both Silvia and Joan were very professional, making the experience calming and so enjoyable

Really enjoyed our short stay 4 nights. Hotel close to beach, town centre and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom. Bed was rather hard to our liking but that's a personal opinion

A place you want to stay in A really fantastic please. The parking is not always easy, but the service and the Personel are nice, attentive. The food is good and the rooms are comfortable.

The deluxe rooms upstairs are spacious, but unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit dated; we prefer the modern shower to the old bathtub

The staff were friendly, warm and efficient. Our room was very comfortable. The position of the hotel, right on the beach is superb.

All in all we feel very comfortable hier and will recommend this hotel to our friends

Reception and restaurant staff went out of their way several times to make sure I was comfortable. My room facing the sea was quiet and comfortable. The meals I ate were first rate. Zero complaints, many compliments

A small intimate hotel with lush gardens and a luxury feel. Our room had a private terrace and was well equipped. The pool was excellent and most of the time it was only us using it

We stayed at Hotel Les Rotes for a week in September as we were getting married at a nearby venue. All totalled together, 60 of our friends and family stayed at the hotel too

The offer of the pool is also a nice touch, although we did not use it during our stay. The large and secure bike room was also welcomed, and well stocked with some tools and numerous pumps to cater to the quick fixes

The facilities at the hotel are great, with the gym and pool being highlights, with the option to partake in classes offered during the stay

A very pleasant stay, in a hotel that caters very well to active people! We stayed here during our trip through Spain, with the primary goal of having a bike fitting appointment and left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed

The hotel location is quiet and out of the way, however well connected and close to some fantastic cycling routes

The hotel is prepared for athletes, especially for cyclists with rooms with hypoxia and a gym with very good facilities, swimming pool and a physiotherapy clinic with the latest innovations such as shock waves, electrolysis, hyperbaric chamber and much more

We absolutely loved the place! Clean, well-attended, the swimming pool is cozy and relaxing, and right in front of the hotel there is a stony beach with incredible views to sunsets

However, it is a bit noisy: the doors and walls aren't soundproof. You can clearly hear doors slamming shut. There's also a swimming pool, which looked nice (but we didn't use it)

The hotel is a bit dated but definitely has its charm! The rooms are spacious enough, the breakfast is good, and the location, near the beach and reasonably close to the town center, is excellent

Good value, nice environment/ decor, easy parking and walkable to the town centre, spacious rooms. We didn't eat in the restaurant but breakfast was very good. Would recommend.

Except cold room, everything was perfect. Very nice breakfast buffet, very nice staff. PS: you have to be very confident in your driving skill to manage the parking ;-)

There is a pool there but people tend to put towels on the chairs and then leave all day, that was super annoying. It does have great access to the beach

Small friendly hotel in a perfect location right on the beach. Lovely rooms, fantastic restaurant with the most amazing views where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast, lunch or dinner

It’s out of town but taxis and local bus service are available. It was so hot during our stay we were happy to be on the beach everyday. Beach towels are provided and the hotel loan beach chairs too

The facility is very clean and the staff were quite nice and helpful. The beach access is good at this spot and they have outdoor dining against the beach

We took a taxi into Denia itself a few nights where the choice of restaurants is good - with good vegetarian options. Our group were on a cycle holiday and the bike storage shed was fine for our needs

Pleasant stay, would recommend if you don't want to walk to town or the beach

We've stayed here many times over the years and it's still the very nice small hotel that it's always has been. The breakfast is a bit hit and miss which seems to depend on how many guests are staying

The pool was nice and clean although small. But there is a lot of road noise. A million plants make it pleasant

While away and our or four in the lush tropical gardens while relaxing on comfortable seating as soft relaxing music plays in the background

The reasons are as follows: - The breakfast buffet was practically empty at 10:00 am; we had to constantly ask the waitress for milk or to refill the stands with products, as they were empty

Me and my girlfriend were hiking the mountain and the most beautiful lady in the reception gave us some water and ket us sit by the pool. The location was very nice with incredible views and a nice pool.

Such a lovely hotel modern inside but with a feel of old style Spain to it. Had a beautiful room with a terrace and sun beds lovely to have our own private space. Great to cool off with a dip in the pool

A Lovely Place to Unwind La Rocona is a lovely property in a great location. We stayed in a standard room in the main building, what seems to be an old masia

Vincent and Jacob were amazing and had some great chats with them. Walder and the waiting staff were so pleasant and helpful. Would recommend staying here and will be seriously considering a return visit in the future

Lovely stay Stayed here for my Aunt's 90th birthday celebrations, She lives in Denia and the birthday lunch was held in the hotel. Hotel is lovely, quiet and chilled, great vybe, very clean and nice rooms

small, very nice hotel! Small wonderfull hotel. One hundred meters from the sea (rocky beach). Peaceful environment, taxi to town 10 euros. If you want peace and trancuillity in Denia, Racona is perfect.

Nothing was too much trouble and any requests dealt with by the excellent and super friendly staff. They were experiencing a heatwave and loaned us a parasol for the beach which was hugely appreciated
