The hotel was amazing, only the wifi didnt work at my room

Fantastic 2 bedroom suite for family of 4.staff friendly- lovely views and balcony from room.-sadly pool closed in October but looked great and I’m sure beautiful in the spring/summer. Would definitely stay again

Had alot of teething problems at the start of our visit where lots of things went wrong. But hotel really really tried to put things right with some superb staff. Especially "Super" Oscar at the bar and Mayte who helped us sort our taxis for the day. As well as our fabulous shuttle bus driver (sorry cant remember his name) who was really awesome.

Lovely staff in a beautiful mountains area of Alicante Only issue is it’s around a 25 minute drive out of the city centre but it will cost you around 30 euro for a uber but a great hotel If you love golf this is the place for you

I visited late September and the hotel is lovely, quiet due to the season but just what I wanted perfect chillax. The food here in Restaurante Amapola is really good, absolutely loved it. The staff at the hotel are good friendly and try there hardest to ensure guests are happy. Thank you to Carla and the team. Many a wine, mojito, and laughter served by Oscar and the team in La Tertulia.. Sandwiches...

First time in this hotel. WOW!!! Amazing...Especially a lovely woman in reception called Carla who went over and above to help me and my partner..aged almost 80 and 81..She changed our room to a much better one that was easier for us. Helped with anything we needed. Can't praise her enough..a credit to the hotel. The other receptionist were also helpful and very pleasant. We plan to return hopefully...

A beautiful view of the sea and room is spacious. However need to ask reception for hair dryer and kitchen amenities is limited. If plan to cook make sure be prepared. Overall great stay, wish to have time to visit the spa. Ideal for relaxing break between the busy traveling in Spain and closed to Alicante and Altea!

Absolutely fabulous location in a quiet sandy bay. The apartment was clean, well equipped and warm in the evening even in January.

Clean rooms and very good location with a great view if you have a room with frontal sea view, but in our case we had 2 apartments and when we booked in the description both of them had sea view but one of them had only a side sea view and we were asked to pay €45 to change to a frontal sea view. Absolutely loved the place. Very beautiful resort, clean and spacious apartments with sea view. Our penthouse was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also enjoyed some great food and service at the resort restaurant. Will surely visit again in summers. Highly recommended!!!

Clean room, lovely place and friendly staff. Nice peaceful location.

Outdoor space was exceptional with uninterrupted sea views. Negatives, booked 2 rooms, they couldn’t have put us further away from each other. Our room was a penthouse, 2nd bedroom was tiny with no clothes storage what so ever, Wi-Fi wasn’t worth it, when you finally connected it would drop out. On site bar closes at 4 pm, restaurant prices were extortionate.

Decent location, close to beach and shops (including supermarket which was useful) tram link are a 5min walk away. Staff were friendly (J. Andres Lopez front desk was very helpful) overall good stay. Would return.

Very quiet neighborhood. Room are a little outdated but for the price they are ok. Friendly staff. For the beach you need to go way down the steps, for that one star less.

Stayed just one night to meet my friends staying in resort. Great room with sea view. Deep bath to relax in after long drive. Comfy bed air con in room. Only 5 mins walk to the beach and scores of restaurants.

Friendly, accommodating staff. I was only staying for a night between destinations and they were very kind to let me check in early, store my luggage in the morning, and use facilities. Had everything I needed, clean room, pool, great location.

Really nice stay. Rated 4* locally. Very clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. English spoken. Room with good Aircon. No kettle or tea and coffee making kit. But room did have a fridge which was very handy. Bath in shower which was nice for a soak after a hot day. No restaurant but nice buffet breakfast. Loads of restaurants in El Campello. Good location, just a few minutes walk from beach and main shopping...

Top service, top staff … I recommend this place

Hotel is average OK for 3 star. Food well overpriced, buffet breakfast at just under 20eur rip off!! Won't be returning much better hotels with proper cooked breakfasts.!!!!

We stayed there for the second time since the staff, location and food are amazing.We had a baby with us and therefore asked several times to have our dinner on our balcony instead in the restaurant. They fulfilled all our wishes and have been so kind and patient with us. The food is delicious and the location a dream.We cant wait to return to this very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Lovely staff, best cocktails and food in el campello. Room basic but clean. Beds uncomfortable but you get more than what you pay for. Fantastic location. Would definitely come back

Service was excellent. Staff were brilliant. The rooms were excellent apart from the beds it was like sleeping on concrete. Each morning I woke up with a bad back which persisted throughout the day. I’m afraid we won’t be coming back. A holiday is meant to be relaxing I certainly did’nt get that.

Fab hotel practically on the beach. Was able to fall asleep listening to the waves. The bed was huge and comfy. The road outside my balcony was a carfree zone so was very peaceful. Loads of places to dine along the seafront. Perfect for a semi quiet getaway

Worth its price. The view from the room is nice. It's possible to ask for a kettle at the reception. The hotel is near the beach but not at the frontline, and still with a view on the seashore. Beautiful sunrise is included ✨️ There's a common balcony on the 7th floor.

Ok Checked in for 3 nights Hotel is clean but needs modernisation Beds are very hard but room was clean The shampoo soap sachets are not enough they need to do something better than sachets 2 bedroom lights not working so maintenance need to be made aware We didn’t eat here we went to another place on the promenade Otherwise it was ok to stay 3 nights but not longer

Somethings wrong , which is why i have to do my own review. We must have stayed in a different hotel. Firstly the staff from house keepers to the lovely lady who greeted us at Breakfast were so polite and helpful. It’s good location around it the several shops

After reading some reviews on here we were quite sceptical about staying here. However when we arrived there was a problem with the room we booked so were upgraded, the room was on the 7th floor, large and spotless with a very large balcony with spectacular views. We found the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant two nights stay.
