One of the most pleasant hotels we have ever stayed in. Great stay overall! The hotel is right in the city center but still quiet which was perfect. Only downside was the bathroom layout. You have to walk through the shower to get to the toilet which was a bit odd.

A lovely small boutique experience in the heart of Alicante. Very quiet and safe and welcoming. Staff make a hotel and the manager and his team here make this a personal experience. Is the hotel perfect in every way, not to every taste, but if you interact with the staff you can feel the love for the hotel and the city. It's the quirks which make a place uniquely perfect!!! The roof terrace was a wonderful space to relax. My room was huge, beautifully furnished and very comfortable, although I found the huge portraits rather creepy. It was great to have refills for coffee and tea on the landing. I found this hotel a little too historic for my taste although the location was superb.

Fab location, but what really made this place fantastic was the friendly staff. Lots of recommendations, luggage storage, little sweets, lots of smiles. You won't regret booking here if you are looking for a place in Alicante

the staff is very nice that they are willing to changing the room for us as my assigned room is much smaller than expected and we felt uncomfortable with the room.

Great stay, very nice and stylish hotel, kind staff that is always willing to help and keeps an eye on special occasions like your birthdays or anniversaries. Great location, close to everything you need to visit. Has a great rooftop, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or just whatever you actually want. Stayed here twice and definitely would stay here next time when I’m in Alicante.

This is a great location. I wish the AC unit was in a different location. It made my sister freeze but then I was hot.

It feels like a cheap hotel, independently of its price. Horrible smell in the room and corridors from the electric air freshener they have on the ceilings. Arriving after midnight this hotel was a good option. I was able to self check-in, using the codes provided. The airport bus stops 6 minutes away, so the transfer was not a problem. Just an overnight stay between trains and planes, property was good location for us, but 15 min walk to the front, staff were helpful and even had breakfast 10 min earlier than we should so we could get bus to airport

Just back from staying at la era for 4 days.stayed many times and never had any problems.apartment clean and has everything you need.all staff very nice and pleasant and its ideally situated for old and new town.

What a lovely experience. Budget apartment but definitely says what it is on the can grounds kept clean. Room spacious clean bathroom and kitchen really clean towels supplied also clean bedding super clean balcony hugh. Very close to old town Reception staff helpful Could not fault this apartment

I stayed here before, so when I came back to Benidorm, I stayed here again. This time, I was higher up and had a great view of Benidorm and the ocean. The staff were fantastic again. Next time I'm in Benidorm, i will stay here.

A lovely clean and efficient apartments.we were thereon 1st feb 26 for 10 days and can not find a fault anywhere or at any time.We were on 8th with a lovely view of sea and the area.Rooms were very clean and modern,not 5* but a good 3*.beds were comfy and staff very nice.would we go back,yes.in fact already booked for nov 24th.[CAN WE HAVE THE SAME APARTMENT PLEASE.The christmas lights are far better...

What another wonderful stay we have had here at these lovely apartments. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The apartments themselves are kept very clean with all the amenities needed for self catering. The location is ideal for the Levante beach, also New and Old Towns. Fantastic location everything on dr step inbetween old and new town. 2 mins to the beautiful beach. Room spotless modern with everything you need with huge balcony and great views. Wonderful pool area . Reception staff waz brilliant always there to help very very friendly and english speaking was fantastic. Would 100% go back and 100% recommend the mc maryciel

Fantastic value for money. Location is spot on. On the strip, short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat. The building and grounds are spotlessly clean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed for Christmas and New Year and it was an excellent apartment with everything you needed. Cleaning pack was included which was helpful. Washing machine was a bonus. Clean maid was in a couple of days during 14 night stay which is better than coming in everyday. Central to bars etc. Staff are really lovely. Would certainly recommend and would go again thank you.

Perfect location on Levante Beach , beautiful views. Dealt with booking which is a 5 - 10 min walk away from the apartment to collect and drop off keys The room could do with updating but i would stay again

Excellent loction, superb sea views, we collected our keys from the office, which is a 5 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very spacious with all the amenities we needed. Very clean and exactly as photos. We stayed in 7-2. 3 bedrooms and 2 wash rooms. Would definitely use again.

We arrived later than planned but Valentino greeted us with keys and essential instructions for the apartment, once we were inside it was instantly obvious we had made the right choice, 3 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge/balcony overlooking the beach. Central to everywhere. The is a lift for ease of access, it is spotlessly clean. Valentino was available at all times....

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Only gripe was that we were given only one set of keys for 4 adults! This meant that if one couple went back early then the other couple had to escort them before going back out. Not ideal. This needs to be rectified.

The 3 bedroom apartment was absolutely wonderful. We all had a good time. Views from windows of the walkway and beach. Room rates were very good, as accommodation was 4-5 star. I will book again next time.

Fantastic location. Tatty but comfortable, kitchen needs major updating, some things do not work and some do not look H&S compliant - iron cable broken in places and a gaffer tape repair in another. They appear to be updating the apartments in the block so worth asking for photos before booking

There was a group of 7 of us who came for the Cheltenham Festival and stayed here. Honestly, could not fault the place. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The bar in the hotel is as cheap as chips which is another bonus - 3€ for a pint of Cruzcampo that's nice and cold, plenty of drinks and spirits available too. Cheap, great space, only thing bad is those damn windows. Christ any bit of wind those bang together all night, I had to jam socks in the windows. Wasn’t just one room either, we heard it all through the apartments. 150 euro up front, will need to take your own bins out and clear your own bedding. However check in is 5pm but we got let in at 2pm when we arrived which is a bonus.

Just spent a week here and was pretty basic don’t expect cleaners coming to your door because it doesn’t happen , don’t know about pool etc cause I didn’t go there but had a fine time

Booked premium room, roomy, clean, everything you need, air con was switched off due to climate, still too hot for me, missing table and chairs outside at the pool, I find it hard to sit/lay on sunbeds too long, you pay 1.5 euros a day for your sunbed, at first I thought this was a negative, but it was great, pay your money put your towel on it and it’s yours all day, no pressure if you go for lunch...

Good apartments only downfall you have to clean to get deposit back and you have to pay a deposit on the day you arrive but the rooms are good the staff are lovely it is a shame it doesn’t have its own pool it has to share but is a good apartment

Friendly staff- very clean and great choice of food.

Generally property condition and facilities are good. Very friendly staff. The only disappointment was the duvets we used weren't clean 😪.

Food was amazing and plentiful. Drinks were locally sourced and tasted very good, beer was Cruzcampo😊. Entertainment every night and good quality singers, quizzes and karaoke.

A nice, little hotel in a lovely, historic building in the centre of the village. Service was very friendly and breakfast in the square outside was excellent. The communal areas are very pleasant but the rooms (particularly the bathrooms) are looking quite tired (though many have great views).

Hotel Boutique is located in the former Governor’s house, a historic building from the 18th century, with a lot of original details. It’s a very clean hotel, with a superb location and a wonderful staff. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast outside with lovely sea views. We always stay here when visiting Tabarca.

My sister and I booked into this hotel for one night as we have visited the island many times but never stayed overnight .The hotel was lovely , in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful .The rooms were basic but had good a/c , wifi and the bathroom was huge with a great range of good toiletries .Breakfast was continental though they offered bacon and eggs which looked very nice...

Nice hotel, very friendly and efficient staff! Small things missing, like drinking glasses in the room, and a lid for the garbage can in the bathroom (if you're going to ask guests to dispose of their toilet paper in the trash, rather than in the toilet, surely you should give them a trash can sealed with a lid?! That's just common sense! 😂😂). Overall, a nice enough hotel in a great location.

Best hotel on the island! Very clean and spacious rooms, so cool to have breakfast inside 300 year old arches in the old governors house! The best part was the staff, they were so nice and made the stay for our family of 4 very comfortable. If you are looking for a getaway to social distance (island is empty right now!) and see something cool inside Valencian Community, this is it!

We stayed at the apartments for 3 nights. Our apartment was spotless, everything you would need was provided even washing up liquid, dishcloths and toiletries. Very easy check in with a lovely young lady Rhianna who gave us sunbed towels and all the information. Very secure complex, evenings the gates are locked and can be entered by a key code . Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The centre is minutes...

The accommodation overall was very good but the hill up to it was so steep and we had great difficulty getting taxis to take us up and down, one of the staff was very kind and took us down one of the days, some days we felt we were stuck up there because we couldn’t get taxis down to the town.

Lovely clean apartment complex , well equipped apartment. Great views from my apartment . Paid little bit extra and was so worth it. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough for us. Quiet and relaxing pool area. Basic essentials available to buy in reception and nice bar.

My husband and I had the best summer holiday at Albir Hills Apartments & Spa. Due to a delayed flight we arrived in the middle of the night. Thankfully the reception team had already sent across a detailed map with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and we had no issues accessing at 2am! When we arrived they had put the air conditioning already on, with bottled water already in the fridge...

We loved our stay at the property. The view from our unit was breathtaking. The pool was perfect for us and enjoyed it a lot. The property is close to a really nice walk/hike. But it’s uphill so we used the car to go to the beach and town area. Nice quiet center place to visit Altea and Benidorm. Would come back for a longer stay for sure.

Nice place that is pet friendly. Nothing fancy but clean and affordable (especially for long term stays) with decent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Though, as with many places in Spain, the water isn't good for drinking for people or pets so buy bottled water.

At the moment they are having a refit so no restaurant. Pool looks like it needs a tidy up the crazy golf is just that lol 2 holes .

Rented an appartement with river and sunset views, was a lovely experience, though location is a little far from the beach and centre if you're walking.
