Arrived very late - found it difficult to find entrance in the dark but once I did Receptionist let me in and was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. Quiet due to time of year. Staff friendly. Pools looked great but didn't get to have a swim as only available from 10am and I was up and out early. Poolside bar and restaurant available at set times- didn't use this. You need a car if you stay in this hotel. It's located in a steep hill away shops and restaurants. From the map, the beach looks like a few minutes walk from the hotel, but because it's on a hill, the road is snaky and the walk back is a serious hike. We didn't know this so we had to use Uber every day which costed us a fortune. Apart from that, the apartment was good enough. Don't expect daily cleaning...

A clean, VERY BASIC apartment. ******* says property comes with “Private spa tub - unwind in your own luxurious private space”. WOW, THAT WAS AN OVERSTATEMENT! Just a bathtub with jets that didn’t work and then the plumbing leaked, flooding the cold bathroom floor. (They let us clean it up and didn’t offer us a different room) :-( Doesn’t have a smart TV so no Netflix or YouTube. Noisy heating...

Stayed for the second time at Manilva sun apartments from 15/9/25 to 22/9/25 , again we were not disappointed , excellent management, it’s extremely clean, friendly staff, quite location and good value

We wnt to Manilva Sun from the 28th of July to the 4th of august and it is one of the best weeks holiday we have had, the staff were very helpful and attentive, the apartments were clean and well maintained, there is plenty of parking and it is in a nice secluded location, the pool is great and the kids loved it but it is also near enough to the beach so we could go down as well. Enjoyed a long weekend stay at Manilva green. Lovely views from all the rooms. Good size, clean, two bed apartment with decent size balcony. Bar area very pretty to sit at, lovely snacks and drinks. Pool area was perfect for us for a relaxing early afternoon. Short taxi to the port for lots of restaurants and bars. Taxis easy ordered by front desk. Fantastic views - very well located Enjoyed it - the property needs a lick of paint in areas but the view is superb, staff very friendly and lots of nice people with lots of warm Spanish charm. They had a BBQ one night and the food was excellent. I'd stay there again.

Overall not too bad experience. Apartment a little bit dated but quite spacious. Reception lady very polite and nice. Everything was good.

Did not use Pool - but it certainly adds extra to the superb kept garden. Breakfast was exactly as I like - plenty of choice - well presented. Our Room was just what we like.

Showed up late without a reservation. No problem. Room was excellent. Service also excellent. Clean and comfortable, nice amenities in the bathroom. The setting is like a park. Could use a bit hotter water in the shower. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

Beautiful villa. Very friendly stuff. High quality bed, bedsheets, towels, shower. Quite. Eat at San Rafaelo - few minutes drive - an extraordinary traditional Spanish restaurant.

Villa Erina is a clean hotel, with very kind staff, very quiet and confortable. If there is a con is kust that there's no restaurant in which you can have lunch or dinner. The breakfast was, as I saw it, way above the average.
