Elba Business & Convention Hotel

This is not a 4-star hotel at all! The room furniture is old and worn out. It totally needs a deep renovation. The floor carpet in the common area has stains and smells of dust. The cleaning service is bad, I always found women’s hair in my room and in my bathroom after the daily service. To finish the nasty picture, the reservation center support is the worst I have ever experienced in my life as a customer. They don’t value at all the customer’s needs and only after a lot (literally, a lot) of insistence (almost daily calls for about a couple of weeks) I was finally able to find an agreement with them regarding an issue about my non-refundable reservation that could be easily solved in less than 5 minutes if only they had a minimum of customer caring and attention in their corporate values. This hotel should be downgraded to 2 stars. My recommendation is to stay away!

The staff was friendly, too bad the room and the hallways were so dirty. The bathroom was not clean at all; blotches of stuff on the floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had Tapas at the restaurant and they were also a disappointment.
