Great hotel. Staff and food excellent. All bedrooms have a sea view, as have both the bar and restaurant. Only thing to be aware of is the number of steps down to and up from both the swimming pool (with pool bar and terrace) and the lovely pebble beach (with crystal clear water and bar) It is possible to avoid the steps almost entirely by walking around on the road from the hotel entrance. If you...
Hi there, this is a great hotel but its miles from anywhere. You cant walk on the main road there are no pavements and it is dangerous. Its manily spanish there , while we stayed there for ten nights met only one english couple.
I would give them higher score, if not the fact that the hotel allows you to smoke literally everywhere. Assuming it's family oriented hotel, has plenty of kids and people that actually not smoking, would be nice to designate some areas for smoking and ban some in all. It's just unbearable at times.
Food is good, not so much choice but we have not left the restaurant once being hungry. If you stay...
My issue with this hotel is the lack of no-smoking areas as in none what so ever, and being a non smoker I don't understand why I have to be forced to sit with smokers whilst enjoying the entertainment outside and have to inhale the cigarette smoke.
Other then that I can't really fault this place.
Food is good
Staff are pleasant
Clean
And staff are very attentive
2 pools which are kept clean constantly...
The view is utterly resplendent; second to none. The rooms are relatively luxurious and there is also a small private beach by the hotel. None the less, I feel that the rooms are not capacious enough and perhaps the service could be improved slightly.

Reception very friendly and helpful, bar staff terse and unfriendly, served us with cold coffees, and almost rude when we wanted to order gin and tonics
It was very clean and I had a good rest. Thank you very much.
Enormous room with triple aspect views and large flat screen tv. Unfortunately only one chair in the tv area to watch tv. Lovely swimming pool. Unfortunately the dinner was not great. We had dinner and breakfast included, so when we sat down at a table we studied the menu and it looked lovely. Then the waitress came and took the menu away and gave us a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and fruit or...
The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, and there are many restaurants around. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the Wi-Fi signal is good. The staff is very friendly and the check-in and check-out are efficient. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, recommended to stay!
Booked one king size bedroom but got two single ones during the whole stay.
Nice hotel with all the services available, nice little pool to cool off, very welcoming staff speaking several languages.
On the other hand, big effort at the buffet, unsmiling staff does not explain well how the buffet works, in fact I did not even have time to have dessert even though it is a buffet open until 11 p.m. while at 10 p.m. they had put everything away without asking me if I wanted a...

The hotel has a great location, very close to both the old town and the beach. It has its own parking garage, though getting in requires a bit of skill. Cleaning was very prompt. Surprisingly, breakfast included drinks, and the food was very fresh.
Great location and looks great. Modern and clean. Pool area is small, but no issue with beds and the pool was perfect. Breakfast good. Rooms nice, I felt they could have been decorated more and a wall mirror would have been appreciated. That said, a great room with balcony.
We didn't fly until late evening and there was nowhere, other than the hotel WC to change...no shower facility, which wasn't great...
Lovely hotel, seems a mix of business and pleasure. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable, well staffed, great choice at breakfast. Small pool, nice for a dip after sightseeing all day. Central to all sights.
Happy to be back and the hotel looks wonderful, fresh ,spacious and light after the renovations. My group was very happy with the rooms and the location . Breakfast is a favourite with options for everyone and having an egg station is amazing, also freshly squeezed orange juice !
Lovely to see some familiar faces too , all the staff both front and back off house do a marvellous job ! Thank you to Paula...
A great hotel. Really good value 👏 views across the harbour are wonderful and the pool was fab. Very nice staff too.
The hotel had just been refurbished so few snagging problems which didn't spoil our stay. Very helpful friendly staff. Would have been nice to have seats on the balcony and extra pillows. Breakfast not really worth the extra €14.00, a few nearby cafés were really good.

Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms.Free wifi, car parking €11 per night. Close to shopping centres. Beach approx 2km.
Good hotel
Good for an overnight stay. Was expecting to get a meal in the hotel Sunday night.
A beautiful hotel with a wonderful breakfast with many choices. Clean and big rooms. There is a parking garage available which is very big and not narrow for your car.
People are very friendly who are working there. Its situated in a beautiful area with a nice roundabout with beautiful trees.
Badroom had in 2 places a very little fungus in the corners of the badwindows, but not a problem.
The cleanliness was appalling, especially in the bathroom: mold in the bathtub and shower screen, encrusted limescale, a badly deteriorated door, broken sink plugs, etc.
There are hotels with fewer stars that are in much better condition than this one. It needs a renovation!
Although I must say the mattresses are comfortable.
Everything was great, very nice and clean. I loved it.
Room: comfortable bed, had tv, fridge, sofa, desk chair, wardrobe, mirror. Bathroom includes a bidet, a bath with shower attachment, hairdryer. We had a warm welcome and served a drink even though the bar was closed. Would recommend.

Great location, room was spacious and comfortable.
Positives comfortable bed, lovely balcony and a very good selection at breakfast and kept well stocked.
Lots of nice touches, coffee maker, water, sweets and toiletries, tooth brush, comb, bathrobe and slippers ect.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Sadly pool not open but we did visit in November ( we felt it warm enough to have been open )
Bathroom spacious...
The hotel is quite dated. The door handle of our room came out the moment we entered the room.... The gym is small and if I'm not wrong, only 3 machines working. The parking lot is very limited and they do not accepted reservation, but luckily we found another parking garage nearby. The location is great, but it comes with noise from the street.
Ashame the pool on the rooftop closed the next day I was there. Apart from that, great location and convenient parking. Hotel communal areas were lovely but rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, especially the bathrooms.
Good place and good service. And Cheap price. Also Location is not bad.. The central market is so close. But the beach is quite far from here.
Very comfortable..in the center..
Helpful staff, clean rooms, modern styled and free WiFi through out hotel. Lovely pool area and functional little gym....equipment a little disappointing for serious fitness buffs. No business centre for residents, however if you need any printing done they will do it for you if you email from your device to reception.

This hotel is always exceptional and we visit very often due to its proximity to Torrecardenas hospital. In general the hotel has a great location. You can walk to the hospital or the staff will order a taxi which is about 5 euros and is there in 5 mins or less. We also walk to the Torrecardenas shopping centre which is even nearer.Similarly you can walk into the main tourist areas of the city too...
Room was great and the staff was excellent!
From check in to check out we had no complaints. Lovely modern hotel with really nice spacious rooms. Staff are lovely and really friendly and helpful. Situated within a 2 minute walk of large shopping centre and restaurants and bars. Parking available at a cost
Spectacular stay, 100% recomended, the staff is amazing and super attentive. I even accidentally dropped my gold ring during breakfast and they saved it for me at the front desk. Very honest and attentive staff… they are the best!
Nice hotel with parking, located at the top of the Avenida del Mediterraneo, a little far from the center but convenient for a stopover on the way to the highway and next to a large shopping center.
The bedding is very comfortable,
The staff is very friendly.
No tea, coffee, infusion in the rooms, which would be a plus.
We think it's a good value for money hotel, so we'll go back if we get the chance.
One observation, which we think is very important, and we'll make a note of it. Once you've checked in, THE HOTEL ITSELF sends you an email with the menu and cafeteria prices, but they're totally out of date and the worst thing is that when you let them know, they tell you that they already know...

Split review, summary and then more details: Excellent property, don’t expect parking and I hope the front desk relaxes and just opens their doors to paid guests, we can figure out if it’s crowded or not.
This is a very nice property and we slept great and very well priced. But they advertise parking and they have almost no parking and then sold us a parking pass 15euro to a garage a couple streets...
great hotel for value at a central location
Breakfast was awesome. Parking is about a block away and was 15 euros/day. Nice property.
Beds were very comfy and a really good shower
Nice and clean
Breakfast was more than okay but not fantastic - juice, bread and cold meats selection was lovely. The hot choice not so good
Hotel staff friendly and helpful
The only disappointment was the bar that was attached to the hotel - they just didn’t seem to want our custom
Great hotel in the old part of Almeria, classy rooms and bathrooms, convenient parking nearby. A bit noisy by the opposite construction site.
The hotel is a good pick, if you lower your expectations. I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel. With this hotel you should set your expectations to a 3 star hotel.
The personnel is very helpful and kind and the location is great. But the rooms are noisy and the beds are uncomfortable. The rooms also lack standard 4-star hotel amenities such as a kettle or coffee machine. Breakfast is decent.

Good, central location in Almeria close to the port and bus station. Competitive, low price, but you get what you pay for: a small, basic but clean, functional room. The bed and flat pillow were uncomfortable; the shower space was the narrowest ever. For me, it is a one night, In-and-out out type of hotel, not conducive to lingering.

The staff were friendly, very professional and always helpful. I loved the breakfast particularly as there were many options for maintaining a low cholesterol healthy diet as well as the many other delicious but more cholesterol laden options. Good coffee is easy to find in Spain, but the coffee in the Avenida is excellent.
No complaints, hotel staff very friendly, rooms spacious beds comfortable (twin beds in room) Bathroom had a shower in the bath, toilet, bidet and sink. Bedroom had a large unit with TV fridge chair & table lots of lamps, plenty of room in wardrobe, full length mirror.

Ok hotel for a short visit
Basic hotel for a short visit. Breakfast was ok, nothing major. Fridge in the room was a nice surprise. The soap/schampo in the bathroom smelled really bad. 30 min from the sea.
We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are beautifully designed and the bed was very comfortable. There are a lot of free parking spaces on the streets and the hotel is just outside the centre between the old town and a new shopping centre. Both are within walking distance in a maximum of 30 minutes. Just like the stand. Furthermore, a bus stops in front of the hotel, with which you can either drive...
Painfully slow internet! the didn’t fix it despite our complaining. Rooms are big, mediocre decoration and big bathroom. Everything is clean, but somewhat outdated.. breakfast is plenty but looked not fresh always coffee machines are perfect.
The service and people at the reception are very nice and helpful so this is a big plus for the hotel. The reception area is nice and new, and the rooms are decent. Very old building and amenities. If you are looking for a budgeted hotel, this could be your option. Do not recommended for long stays.
nice place to stoy in Almería.
The location of the hotel was good for the price paid. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful especially Ingrid. The room was basic and dated but that was reflected in the price.Thank you for being pet friendly.
Staff were very friendly, flexible and most hospitable. Thanks to all the great staff!👍 For these people I would give a 5 ⭐. Breakfast was basic but nice. However the room was a nightmare, overpriced, hardly any natural light, too small, bad lighting and no ventilation especially in the bathroom. It was a room from world war 2. This could easily be improved by having new light coloured or white doors...
Excellent location, approx a 15min stroll to the beach and playa, also bus and rail station.

Check in was with the sister hotel across the road. My main gripe was that the bathroom door wouldn't shut, due to the carpet/tile connector thing. It would never have shut. Goodness knows why this isnt a known problem. The reason for shuttingbthe door was to keep the street noise out.
Excellent clean and tidy hotel. Daughter left her purse in the room on check out. Purse was returned with everything intact by the hotel staff. Very good service and excellent caring staff. Breakfast in the downstairs eatery was also good.

Everything was fine, except that I requested a double bed on the Tripadvisor app, and upon arrival I was informed that my request had not been sent to them and they gave me a room with 3 small beds.
Everything was fine, the breakfast could be improved a bit: hard-boiled, fried, and scrambled eggs, bacon, churros, and a little more fruit.
Thank you, best regards.
The hotel is simple. It's well located. I really liked the breakfast (bread with tomato and ham was a plus), and the service was very good, both from the coffee maker and at reception.
I especially appreciated the 1.5-liter bottle of water they gave me upon arrival and the small refrigerator in the room.
The only negatives I found were that the walls are made of plasterboard, so you can hear everything...
A few steps from the center. The city doesn't seem to celebrate Ferragosto.
In the center, tapas areas 7 minutes away. Areas of cultural interest 13 minutes. It has parking in a nearby parking lot (difficult to park in the area). Buffet breakfast is worth it. Friendly reception staff. Clean room and new bathroom.

Very good price-quality ratio. The entire establishment is air-conditioned, clean, attentive and helpful staff. There are things that can be improved without requiring much investment, which would be very useful.
First, for safety, the bathtub does not have a non-slip surface and it drains a lot, it is necessary to put something there for the safety of the clients and to avoid any unpleasantness.
And...

The hotel was beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice!
Very comfortable, on top of the areas of interest and places to eat but still very peaceful.
We really enjoyed the outside terrace too.
Stayed here for three nights mid September, it's certainly unusual. Six very distinctive individual rooms, all of which are perhaps a little bit quirky, though I mean that as a good point. Our room "Celeste" was perhaps a bit small, all are different, with limited scope to put our clothes etc, but we knew that before we came easy enough to work round.
