The location is great. The rooms are okay. The staff is friendly, but the hotel closes down from whenever they want so you won’t have access to your luggage or your room. You have to make arrangements with the staff and the hours change daily. Sometimes they are open until
Midnight, sometimes until 2am. Sometimes they close from 3pm-7pm, sometimes they don’t… it was very difficult to work within these parameters. They break promises by saying they’ll be open and last minute change their mind, which really ruined my last day.

Quaint Cordoba
Lovely old hotel & the proprietors were very friendly & hepful.
It was a great location - we walked everywhere. It was in a beautiful, interesting neighbourhood of winding streets & squares.
The room was clean, comfortable size, quiet.
The only drawback was the shower which was very small & water temperature varied.
We would stay here again!

Perfect stay in a super clean hotel, where I was assigned a spacious double room though reserving for one. Quiet, and in a quiet area, but right next to the main attractions (Mezquita is 7 mins away on foot, same goes for Pl. de las Tendillas in the modern part of the city).

Hotel was in a 10 mins walk from mezquita catedral and most of the attraction were easily accessible.

The receptionist is a very professional gentleman, he speaks English and German, explained everything before I had to ask and was very helpful on all occasions.
The view from the room was cute. There's an elevator and air conditioning.
The location is quite good, walking distance to monuments or groceries.

A/C didn’t work. Shower was either all cold or all hot water. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Perfect for Solo traveler

Very nice rustic hotel in great location just outside the noisier parts. We're allowed to leave out bags before check in and has a restaurant downstairs. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

My wife and I booked the Hotel Plateros because it was very close to many of the major attractions in Córdoba. On the first weekend in July, we needed a place to sleep for two nights, and expected nothing more. Instead, we had a truly wonderful experience that exceeded all expectations. The furnishings were modest but beautiful and full of charm. The owner was most helpful in answering all our questions (in English), and was very patient with my poor Spanish, The Plaza de Seneca was particularly lovely at night, and the air was filled with live music from the surrounding area. I have stayed at hotels for three times the price that could not compare to the elegant simplicity of the Hotel Plateros.

The waiter Cristian was great. The food was amazing, especially the pork steak. The ambiance is great and the restaurant itself is beautiful. This was the best place we ate at in Cordoba so far. The prices are worth it :) Cristian didn't charge us for one of our beers, gave us some olives tapas and some sherry to finish off the evening for free. We were very happy.

A well rounded restaurant with a variety of delicious options at slightly expensive prices. Expect to pay 12-20 per person for full portions that'll leave you satisfied. The meat is Halal (mostly) and the decor is Andalusian style with a beautiful fountain and well lit tiled walls.
