Close to the train station. 15 -20 minute walk to center. Being on a side street was not a noise issue. Very residential, limited cafes and restaurants close by. Breakfast choices were under whelming. Standard, toast, cold cerals, yogurt etc. Hot stuff eggs etc. just warm. No boiled water for tea, just water from coffee machine.

Expected more at the price; trendy details don't make up for peeling paint and mould on the shower grout. Attention at check minimal and far from friendly.

Excellent all round hotel, clean, rooms are big and spotless, breakfast excellent plenty of choice, staff frirndly, great location, hidden gem the rooftop pool no one uses. will be back.

Don’t stay in that place….we paid for 15 days they didn’t clean every day and they didn’t change towels….also in the 6th day the sealing started to dripped water and they change it after 2 hours with the worst one of th hotel…..also the personnel not really gentlemen

Excellent location within walking distance of everything. Very helpful staff. But the refrigerator was broken however, they did go out of their way to make sure it got fixed. The pool was great to have, but it is incredibly small. The pool area could be fixed up to be a little more Comfortable and appealing for guests. It’s more like a big bathtub, but at least there was something with the heat having ice would be nice as well, but they didn’t have any.

Small boutique hotel, ideally located for a visit to Seville. Just a 10-minute walk from Santa Justa train station, making it ideal for catching the bus to the airport and trains for day trips to other parts of Andalucia. We took day trips to Cordoba and Cadiz by train and joined an organised coach tour to Ronda and the white villages. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All the main attractions of Seville, such as the Cathedral, Alcazar, and the Metropol Parasol (Las Setas), are within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was continental style, offering a choice of cereals, pastries, meats, and fruit. While this list is not exhaustive, there were adequate options to suit most tastes. If you do not opt for bed and breakfast, there are plenty of eating places nearby. We stayed for seven nights and would highly recommend this hotel.

Crappy redone rooms , great service but carpets have so much dirt , doors lack proper “plumb” bathrooms need cleaning not like the rest of the brand a real disappointment in a great old building ..almost got denied entry bc my booking .comment cover a mini bar deposit (I m sober ) and didn’t travel with physical cards only digital .. yet when I opened the fridge it was bottled water no alcohol and nuts five items totalling 10$ if I took them.. street views , carpet room lacked cleaning and door wasn’t level

Based on our stay in November 2023, which wasn’t too long ago . The hotel is centrally located between Santa Justa Train Station and the main city center, both about a 15-minute walk away. Key attractions like the Real Alcazar of Seville and Seville Cathedral are also within walking distance. We arrived early and left our bags at the reception desk since our room was not ready. The staff were hospitable, warm, and helpful, which was greatly appreciated. The room, equipped with an ensuite bathroom, was spacious, clean, and tidy, offering all the essential amenities, including a coffee machine. The bed was comfortable, although the noise insulation could have been better, as we could hear some street noise at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

My only discomfort was the AC. During the day almost none existent. Very little at night. An employee tried to fix it with not much improvement.
