The only plus is good location. Drinking water only 2 small bottles free on 1st night. You have to buy if u want more. Late check out even for 30 minutes is not allowed.

Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, just a 10-minute walk away. There's a large shopping mall with a supermarket directly across the street, and plenty of restaurants nearby, including many century-old establishments in the old town. Getting to attractions from the hotel is convenient: it's about 4-5 bus stops or a 10-euro taxi ride, which takes around 25 minutes on foot.

The location is near to bus and train station, probably just 2-3 minutes walk. Opposite there’s two shopping mall, you can easily get groceries. However, the room itself is not so clean, I think they did not sweep the floor, as I can feel sands or crumbles in the room, the shampoo, body shampoo are almost finished, luckily they refill during the next day cleaning but still not vacuum the floor.

The hotel was pretty standard. A common issue in Spain is that check-in takes forever. The room itself was decent, quite clean, and the location was okay too. My only complaint is that the restaurant the front desk guy recommended was just so-so and a bit pricey.

The hotel's decor and rooms are quite nice. However, it's very noisy as it's located right next to a main street. Customer service mentioned that there's no air conditioning throughout the entire building, so the only option for ventilation is to open the windows.

Seville is known as the 'City of Oranges,' and the scenery is lovely. Even though the railway has been a bit unreliable lately, the hotel's location is excellent, right by the train station. It's a highly recommended hotel, really great!

Great comfy rooms with large king bed. Plus one for amenities generally. Minus point for shower button which was broken and service staff which we found to be not too hospitable when we inquired about why the rooms were 19 degrees C and were freezing. If you are a football fan just live at this hotel! As it locates nearby the home stadium of the Spanish football club Real Betis and fortunately I met some of the players as they lived at there before their home night game!! Our room type was incredibly comfortable and spacious, a one-bedroom apartment with a very large living area. The king-size bed was also super comfortable. Very satisfactory hotel, hardware facilities and view are all 100 points, you can walk everywhere, turn left from the hotel and cross the bridge to a long-distance bus station. So, I extended it for another 2 days, and I will definitely choose it next time I come to Seville!

The location is just OK. However, prices in Spain are low and taxis are available anytime. Prices are cheap. You can take a taxi to every attraction. The top spa and bar have great views. It overlooks the whole city. The price-performance ratio is relatively high.

However, the hotel view isn't very sunny, the rooms are rather dark, the carpet isn't very clean, the towels are old, and the hot water in the bathroom is inconsistent (sometimes hot, sometimes cold). I saw staff guiding foreigners to their rooms, even giving them flower rings upon check-in. The Lobby is quite inviting and I did enjoy my stay, so there are the four stars. The rooms on the other hand are priced okay, considering what you get for your money in the area. Great hotel just a little out of the way. Very clean and tidy with the whole experience being very nice.

The room is nice and big enough for 2 travellers with 2 luggages. They have self service laundry at the basement. It is free but you need to bring your own laundry detergent. Location wise, it is away from attractions so we used Uber. There are many eateries near the hotel and convenience stores as well.
