Hotel Eurostars Zaragoza in Zaragoza

Very poor hotel experience. After checking in, I had to walk a long distance to reach the room. Once inside, I noticed a very strong smell of tobacco. There was even a cigarette outside, which is surprising since the window is blocked and cannot be opened so I guess it was someone from the staff. I had to go back down to reception, and after some time, the friendly people from reception changed my room in a very nice way. Overall, this is a serious issue and made the experience very unpleasant

I've been to many Eurostars. However our experience here was the worst. We were six people, including two kids. We needed a triple room and instead got three double rooms. However, on the first night, our kids stayed with us and we fit together in a double room. Next day, without informing us they gave the third unused room to somebody else.
When we enquired they first denied and then accepted their mistake. When we asked at the reception some information about the tourist bus they flatly denied having any information. No attempt to help! Also, the room where my parents were staying had very bad heating. We asked for someone to look into it and nothing happened. Nobody came to check. We requested to replace alcoholic drinks in one of the rooms with water. Again, no action. I've never experienced so much apathy and lack of service in any Eurostars.
The location and the views from the room are great.
