Clean and modern place. Nice lady at the reception. Possible to come back whenever you want with personal access.

Well located within the old city near the Plaza Major, clean and efficient, it has a nice communal kitchen and TVs on all floors on the lounging areas. Bathrooms are top rated. The only noticeable downside is that it can get pretty warm in the rooms due to poor air circulation.

It was a terrible experience. When we arrive there was no one ate the reception and we had to call to the number in our reservation so someone could open the doors for us.
Another guest saw us in the street and opened the door while we were waiting for someone to show up what happened just 20 minutes after that!
Then the room that supposedly include breakfast the receptionist told us that wasnt included. So we ask about the kitchen and we weren't allowed to use after 8:30 pm and just opened by 12:30 pm, what kind of kitchen is just available on the afternoons?
It wasnt just that. My room had a broken nightstand and when we were leaving they started arguing with us telling that we had broken the nightstand! They took us of scapegoat and started to tell that we did a mess in the shared bathroom (that by the way was very clean, we dont even know what the hell they could said something like that) and because we showered at 10:30pm one of the others guest were very pissed off and complained about us telling that we made lot of noise all night when we went to party at midnight and didn't come back until 5 am!
It was a real nightmare. They were very disrespectful to us. A show of unprofessionalism. I do not recommended to anyone!
