An excelente location but the setting of the room was a bit odd. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Not a good choice Room was terrible, very old, but the worst part was the noise. We could hear the people snoring in the other rooms.... The garage access ramp isn't well designed and my car just touched on the bottom. really bad experience.

Hotel was really good. Clean sheets, Towels, no tooth paste, but there is soap. Bring a swimming towel or rent one for €1. Sad part is the pool closes at night. I ordered a cuppachino and got a really strong espresso. Did not like it at all. The vegetarian food is not too great for options either. Not sure if its the culture, but I got salad as a starter. We thought it was fine. Yes it's dated but it has a pool and has good access to the motorway system if you heading north or south. The hotel and room were very clean and the staff were great. €12 for a taxi in to town. Worth it if you can get a room for under €90.

This is a great hotel a little off the beaten path. I great find and the room was wonderful!

As with the Hotel Zentral in Toledo this one is of the same exceptional standard. Spacious comfy rooms and an excellent breakfast. For dinner you need to go a couple of doors down the road to a bar restaurant, and the food on the table d'hote menu was excellent and at 22€ including a bottle of wine (and I was dining alone) was superb value.

I recommend this hotel, spacious and clean rooms at a good price, good food in room service. Very good location

Nice room with huge, comfortable bed. Would have like the fridge to have been stocked - or at least some bottled water, as we had paid extra for a “premium” room.

Fabulous. A great place for our stopover. Easy access by road. Used the underground garage for our car but plenty of free parking available if required. A nice walk into town where there's lots to see and do. In fact too much for a 2 night stay so we will definitely be back. Thanks to all for a friendly and very comfortable stay

Decent generic mid range chain hotel. Spent about ~100€ a night on a weekend in July. Beds were disappointing for the price, not terrible but closer to cheap hotel bed than nice hotel bed. Had AC. Great shower and water pressure. English spoken, I think. Not a good value but I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again Easy to access by car. For the price rooms are clean and comfortable apart from no A/c until 23 June. There's no way to cool room other than opening the window which is difficult because of the street noise.

There were no nappkins in roon,No glass to drink for usage . For breakfast space is too low as per numbers of persons taking breakfast at a same time There was a long queue for coffe machine only two coffe machins for 50 people at a same time.buffet was not continental just simple. Nice hotel with a parking. You can go inside León to see the cathedral and more monuments or the location is next to the University hospital so if you come from far you can stay in the hotel to be on time for the appointment

Modern hotel with big rooms, next to the hospital. Breakfast buffet not so good or varied.

Everything was great, the hotel was in a perfect location with a bus to the centre.

It was our first trip together and we found the hotel to be a great experience. In addition to the facilities, the staff was very friendly.

Very good hotel with staff available and helpful for special needs, we couldn't find a place to park our camper but the receptionist (female) let us park in front of the hotel. Rooms are large and very comfy, I found some spiderwebs on the ceiling but nothing that compromise the cleanliness of the hotel! Highly recommended

Very clean and the room was very big

Is located 15 minutes walk from the city center (cathedral). Space to park free nearby, 24 hours check-in. The room is clean, not the biggest and no compliment water but overall is ok. Mattres is nice and have central heating for winter and AC for summer.

I had a panic the last night I was there because of a glitch with my credit card booking my onward accomodation and the person at the front desk (Sergio--afternoon to 11 shift on Nov 3rd) did everything in is power to help until the issue was resolved. The service was very good the whole time and the staff were all friendly, but I'd give it 5 stars just based on that one encounter. The rooms are fine...

Quadruple room is 4 beds, 2 and 2 placed together, mattress on one of the beds was too squeaky and soft. We really liked the breakfasts.

Great location in terms of being within 10 minutes walking of old town and across the street from the mall — but not particularly picturesque where it is itself. Great parking — with lots of huge underground spots! Straight up luxurious next to some places we’ve had to try and fit our SUV before. Not bad for the price, could be worse but the hotel feels very tired. Needs urgent updating. Could do with a good clean, just see the pictures I took of the entrance. It’s full of cigarette butts on the floor.

The hotel facilities were excellent; it was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Spain. The price was reasonable, and the amenities were great.

Excellent hotel, well located and a short distance from interesting tourist attractions. Staff very helpful. We only had breakfast and we can say their was a variety of choices for everyone. The parking is 13.50€ but if you arrive after 6pm you might be lucky to get a parking spot in front of the hotel, paying only 1.50€ till the following day morning.

In general a good hotel appropriate for the price! Also the rooms are in an appropriate condition and the staff if nice. However, I have a very narrow point of view here - I booked this hotel because it was one of the few options with a gym and the gym is quite poor. Normally gyms at hotel aren’t very good, but this one was missing half the weights from the weights rack and just didn’t do the job for...

The hotel is located in the Plaza Mayor and could not be more central in Leon. The room was modern and clean. The staff was professional and helpful. This was my second stay at this hotel.

Great location easy to walk around. Good breakfast section with cava. Service of staff polite. Parking right next to hotel with discount. Air conditioning adequate for the month of june. Only downside, some noise at night from the plaza (guess young people partying and talking)

Another great NH experience in León. The hotel is fantastically located wth excellent parking. Our room was well appointed with amenities including stocked mini bar, welcome treats for us and our dog. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and well worth the 18 euro PP charge. Employees were welcoming and cheerful without fail throughout our stay. Bravo NH team!

The hotel is in a great location, right on the main square, within walking distance of the train station, not far from Leon Cathedral, and surrounded by supermarkets. The hotel is a 4-star hotel, with facilities and services of star-rated hotel standards, and free fruit at the front desk. It is recommended to stay.

Great location, quiet room, and very convenient parking! I really enjoyed my stay at NH Hotel in León. At first, I was a bit disappointed to get a room with a city view instead of the main square. But it turned out to be a good thing — the square is full of bars and restaurants, so it gets very loud until late at night. Also, the square was under construction, so I was actually happy to avoid the noise...

Nice and clean hotel.About a 15 min walk from the old town. Beds were comfortable and situated in a quiet area. A good stay for 1 to 2 nights for an economic price.

I am very familiar with this hotel chain, but this one is a surprise exception. There is only one small elevator on the 8th floor, and the location is not like what a hotel should be. The air conditioning is completely useless and the noise is huge. I didn't sleep well the whole night and got a headache in the morning.

The parking is a little difficult but it was ok

Great location and size of rooms. Breakfast is also ok. The only point to improve are the TVs. They are old models, very small size and there is no possibility to connect own applications through mobile phone or smart tv functions.

Shower with very little pressure, barely any water coming out. When checking out, they told us that we had to pay for the stay, when it had already been paid for a week before through Trip.com. Well-located hotel with completely outdated facilities

The hotel is very old. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise. I asked about it and it was the same in all rooms. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices and not expensive.

Treat of a private room on the Camino Great location in León, close to the Camino. I slept very well, and the excellent breakfast gave me plenty of energy to walk the next stage.

This is a very solid hotel which is quite closely situated to downtown. It's very close to the train/bus station/car rental which was great. There are close places to eat meals. The staff was really great and friendly!

I had a wonderful stay at Infantas. Staff were extremely welcoming, breakfast/ cafe bar was very good and service there was excellent. I had some Croquetas with a nice glass of white wine. Then checked out a local bar. The center was not too far a walk from the hotel.

The hotel is good and deserves more than my "average" rating. The room, the cleanliness and the reception staff were first class. It is just that the breakfast, which I paid for, for two mornings in advance, was really poor. There was very little prepared fruit (only sliced melon) and little other fruit to enjoy. The cooked food (scrambled eggs and bacon) was lukewarm at best and the eggs congealed...

Hotel with a very good location. Very close to the center, 10 m walk. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and very attentive staff. It has a menu with a good quality-price ratio and a cafeteria for breakfast. It has paid parking, although there are possibilities to park outside. A very good option for visiting Leon.

The hotel is quite good, spacious rooms and a large bathroom with everything you need (towels, hair dryer...) about ten minutes walk from the cathedral. The bad thing was that you could hear a lot of car noise throughout the night as it is next to a busy street. The girl who attended to us at reception was very friendly.

Breakfast was delicious with so many fresh local options. Parking was safe. The Parador León was exceptional with its grand staircase, ancient architecture and its unique library, courtyard statues of St. James, etc. The huge plaza outside the hotel is relaxing for a stroll and don’t forget to stroll over the 2,000 year old bridge next to the hotel and along the wide River walk. Consistent guest experiences I saw some guests being guided around the hotel. It would have been nice to have a policy to do this for all guests as I only found doors to the cloisters because I am naturally curious and was determined to find a way. Also, even though I could hear folk on the exterior courtyard, I had no idea where it was.

I was expecting to compromise on the quality of the room/facilities/food/service to stay in this magnificent historical building at a premium price, but there are no compromises here. This is the best of the best, true 5 stars and worth every penny. Impressive work by the management, the staff, the architects and the decorators.

Very historic. Don't research the ghosts of Parador de León. 😆 Another great place to visit and enjoy culture and food.

Aug 2025 -Stayed here whilst cycling the Camino . Great location , room , and they provided us a lockable storage area in the basement garage for our bicycles . The Spa was terrific and everything worked , It was a welcome treat for tired bodies . Good food and breakfast . Only complaint was one of the bar staff was a rude individual but there is always one ;) . Thank You

Nice hotel near Leon Cathedral. Clean, good size room. Service was good from reception. Spa not open when visiting as work was being done on it. Would stay again and recommend.

Hotel ideally located in the heart of the old town of Leon, a stone's throw from all the monuments and a few hundred meters from the Camino de Santiago. The room I had was average, under the roof but quiet. It's clean, in good condition but not luxurious, less than three stars. The people at the reception are friendly, which is not the case for the bartender. On the other hand, the restaurant is good...

This is my second time here and I'm still very happy. The room is decent and very clean. The bathroom is spotless. The welcome is warm, the restaurant-bar is very pleasant, and the staff is great. I look forward to coming back next year.

100% recommended. The location is unbeatable. Right on Calle Ancha and just a stone's throw from the Cathedral. It also has its own parking lot so you can forget about your car. The facilities are worthy of any 4-star hotel. A 10/10 service. The staff is very professional and always willing to make your stay more comfortable. Truly fantastic.

This hotel was located within the walls of the old city. At first hard to find, but access to the hotel with a car was fine and they have parking available. The courtyard of the hotel was beautiful especially at night.

Comfortable and recently renovated. Hotel is lovely, comfortable room, however it got very noisy from about 5am. We were in room 30. I think maybe there was some sort of water heating system near our room as we would intermittently hear a pumping type sound until we eventually just decided to get up. Leon visit Beds were so-so for comfort, noisy at times from non hotel guests, but otherwise it was great. Close to city center and overall a good stay.

Beautiful compact section of old ciiy. We were impressed with the cathedral, esp. stained glass, but we also were amazed with the romanesque San Isidiro.

It’s an old monastery. Very clean and quiet, close to all tapas restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Raquel from front desk was very nice!

The facilities are a bit outdated

Everything was wonderful. The huge bathroom, fantastic location and historic building make this hotel a gem. We also fell in love with the breakfast.

The best thing about it is the location. It's 5 minutes from the cathedral, 2 minutes from the Casa Botines Gaudí Museum, and about 15 minutes from the bus station. Recommended for one night.

Hotel very well located, but somewhat old

In the heart of the city, an old house with history, warm and cozy!

The hotel is clean and in a good location. Our bed was comfortable, but very firm. If you need a softer mattress, look elsewhere. The noise level was a little high. We could hear people upstairs and on our floor coming and going.

A lovely olde worlde hotel very close to the majestic cathedral. Polite and friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. If I'm passing this way again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay once more. Highly recommended.

I could make an early check-in (1 pm), which was great because I had a big pack (El Camino). So thank you, thank you, thank you. The room is nice and has a fridge (again, just thank you), and the bathroom is quite big.
