WARNING!! The Eurostars Exe Campus León Aparthotel is a SCAMMER. Last weekend, May 9th, 10th, and 11th, a group of 12 friends stayed at this hotel in the city of León to spend a weekend together and celebrate the bachelor party of two of them. On Monday the 12th, we found an extra charge of €200 on the account of one of the attendees. The hotel unilaterally and without evidence claimed that one of us had spray-painted a bathroom door outside the guest rooms, a bathroom accessible to all hotel guests. Their argument is that no one else used the bathroom for a certain period of time, except for one of us, and they cite the statement of an employee who went to the bathroom and said he hadn't seen the graffiti. Firstly, there are two doors; we don't know which one they're referring to. Secondly, when this employee, named Borja Fernández, went to the bathroom, we don't know if he didn't see it or if he simply didn't close the sliding door and therefore didn't see it. We are lodging a complaint because we are certain that our friend did not create the graffiti, and we received no response. Therefore, this morning we filed a report with the National Police, who are prejudging a group of people between the ages of 33 and 67 simply because they were on a bachelor party. Of course, we will not be returning to this hotel or any other in the chain, as they ignored our complaint and simply charged us fraudulently. Furthermore, we reserve the right to demand compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused after a weekend of friendship and celebration. Choose another hotel and a more reputable chain.
