Amazing historical hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff will make you feel home. Thank you very much to Eva, Nico and the rest of the staff for being helpful during our first stay in Salamanca. Hotel location, breakfast buffet are great. Will be back soon.

First, parking is valet.. Free... Since parking is next to the building.. 23EUR..
If u have huge luggage... Is a problem.. Need to carry about 15 steps up the stairs., although the staff offer to help.
Room is classic and super, no complaints.

Salamanca is such a dry city, so I didn't understand why the room we were given was so humid. It made my head hurt as soon as we entered the humid room. I wonder if it was mold. The window in the room 317 we were assigned to was very small, and the bath water was so thin that it was difficult to wash away the foam on our hair. There is a lot of dust in the room, and it seems that I haven't had any basis for dust removal for a while. The facilities are old. This is a hotel that I will not choose again next time.

The location is very good, you can see the cathedral. The room is small and the breakfast is simple

Very good, worth having, the breakfast in the quiet morning is good, and the scenery outside the window and door is even better.
I will stay here next time. Parking is also convenient. There are 2.2/2 hours in the surrounding area, free from 8 pm to 8 am, which is 13/day; (free on the roadside on Sundays) or park in the hotel’s own parking lot 19/day;

Around 5 mins walk from Plaza Mayor. Hotel used to be a 15th century palace. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. View of the Salamanca Cathedral from the room was impressive. Great breakfast buffet options.

Closer to all the attractions and we would have been inside of them. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms. I would stay again and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Salamanca.

The hotel is in a very good location with convenient parking.
Sanitation: very clean.
Environment: very good. You can see the roof of the cathedral from the room window.
Service: first-class.
Facilities: complete.

We were "fished" for dinner by a promoter outside, telling that before 9pm you could have a meal for 12€ including 2 course, dessert , a drink, coffee or liquor. Service was pleasant and client oriented. Food was a lot for the price. Courses were coming fast. Food was fine. Homemade style.
