BEDBUGS!!!!!!
I woke up to bed bugs crawling and biting all over my body! When we told the staff they moved us to another location. We spent a fortune and our last day of vacation washing all our clothes at a Laundromat nearby. We asked them to reimburse our stay and pay for our laundry and they hesitated to agree.
Do not stay here!

It's a lottery. You never know what room they will give you. So depends. Overall still a value for money.

Double room with shared bathroom called Altillo has an awful bed that will break your back. Rooms are small, damp and ugly. Most showers only have cold water. Soundproofing non existant

BEG BUGS !!!!! Do not stay here under any circumstances!!! Staying here will ruin your holiday and your confidence. I had to troll through reviews before I confirmed they have had a bed bug situation for some time!!! I don't wish this experience on anyone. They clearly do not care as they have ignored all communication since I mentioned bed bugs. I spent a fortune washing my clothes, buying a new suitcase and more. I was due to continue meet my boyfriend in another city and continue travelling but was too nervous he might bring it home with him as I was meant to meet him the day I realised what was wrong with me. I am covered in bites. I can't be in the sun for the rest of my trip as the bites can cause pigmentation. I am constantly hiding my arms and legs for fear someone will see what's wrong with them. All I want is an apology and a refund. They refuse to give me either.

Very noisy! The walls are like paper. You can hear everything from the other rooms as well as all the shouting from the streets. Some renovation noices began every morning at 9 o'clock. Our "suite" had no separate bathroom in the room (although should have had), just a thin wall with no door. No AC. No heating. No cleaning. The humidity from the in-room-shower kept all the towels and clothes humid. Poor lighting. Cheap. So I guess that's the best you can get with little money...

Price is correct and very well located between the big bus station and the beach. Clean even though the room is small. I put 4 stars because on the weekend (Fri & Sat) we can hear a club/bar music from midnight to two am. It’s okay if you have earplugs but can be hard for someone who is sensitive. We have to go to the rooftop to cook (the one in the ground floor is for preparing only).

This is a great hostel. It actually felt like a hotel and was really nicely and uniquely decorated. The bed was huge - easily a Kingsize and very comfortable. The window panes were thin and so you could hear noise in the streets quite loudly so if you’re sensitive to this, pack earplugs. We had a room with a bathroom in it. I’m reality this was one large room with a toilet, shower and sink and a bamboo “screen” separating those and the bed. That was a little odd as it meant you obviously had no privacy really, but there is another communal loo that can be used. The price of the room for one night was €68 which we felt was a great price for the room. The hostel is really central and you can walk to the beach within a matter of minutes.

Had a great meal. Passed earlier in the day and it was very busy. Nice staff. Great food and wine. Will definitely try the grasshopper next time. Yes would go back.

The food is great and the waiters are so nice, polite and friendly! Menu of the day is very good, but they serve some exotic dishes like cangoroo and zebra. Highly recommended!

Orded a meel and waited more than 30 minuts. My entrecot was not with mustardsouse and next time it was not an entrecot but a beef.

Lousy service, the waiters barely looked at us. On top of that they charge 1 euro pp for the service. For starters we ordered avocado with prawns and we were served a dish drowned in Rhode island sauce. The meat was not seasoned, we both ordered medium done and mine was well done and my boyfriend's meat was rare.
