Wonderful hotel right at the beach! Rooms were absolutely beautiful and were cleaned everyday while we were out doing our thing. The staff was very nice. Breakfast included just about everything. The location was perfect! We only have good things to say about this hotel.

What a lovely location. Las Palmas is delightful and the hotel is definitely in the best spot. The staff were all great, especially the cleaner who was adorable. We didn’t eat there as we prefer to sample local restaurants so unable to comment on that.

Lovely staff and the great location, large room!

The hotel is located directly on the beach and many rooms offer views of the bay. There are many restaurants and a supermarket right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Beach towels are provided free of charge at reception.

The hotel has a good location, right by the sea, with many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good and plentiful. However, the toilet tank in the bathroom leaked, and the sound of running water disturbed my sleep.

Absolutely privileged location with a full view of the coastline, spacious and airy rooms, great breakfast, and efficient and friendly service.

Location is great, you can stroll along the seawall into hustle and bustle or the other way to see amazing unique views of the rocks. The beach is amazing, Staff is nice and the property is good overall.

The hotel itself is a old-fashioned gem. We stayed in junior suite facing the front of the Hotel. Very quiet, airconditioning was a bit off and the air in the room kind of dusty. One of the best parts were the 3 swimming pools. And the breakfast, one the best ever!

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2025. The location was away from the busy strip, which was nice. The room was comfortable but definitely not worthy of a 4-star rating. The on-property restaurant was buffet-style with no options for à la carte. The bar had entertainment at night that was subpar and reminded us of karaoke night. The shower leaked on to the bathroom floor which was also annoying.

We had a SUITE PLUS WITH SEA VIEW on the 6th floor. The suite was enormous and well furnished. The bathroom was beautiful with jacuzzi bath and separate shower and the bed was comfortable. The room is bigger than many one bedroom apartments I have seen!. On the negative side, we found a dead cockroach on the floor as soon as we arrived and the minibar/fridge didn't work so we couldn't keep our drinks...

Location is convenient, hotel room is clean, bed is soft.  Room isolation is bad, swimming pool outdoor at the 25th floor which means lots of wind and cold in winter. My room at 9th floor doesn’t provide bathrobe

Just enjoying a great stay. Had a superior room on the 4th floor. View not great but reasonably quiet for city centre location. Staff wonderful, the breakfast with a view has been amazing, worth every euro. Only drawback was not kettle in room, but they tell us it is changing, and if you ask they might have one to borrow. We had a standard room that was clean and with a good shower. The beds are as always in Spain a bit too hard. Use the air condition, because its noisy with the windows open. We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. One week in July. You will not regret paying extra for Ocean view. Sunsets and the sound of waves every evening on the balcony after a day out was so wonderful. Hotel Change It's difficult to give an opinion on Hotel Alisios Canteras, as the hotel informed me shortly after my reservation that I had to go to another hotel. I didn't ask why, but I had read similar reviews about my situation. The replacement hotel suited me well. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The room had a small refrigerator.

Just spent Christmas here. Great little hotel just I minute from the beach. If you are a smoker all rooms have a small balcony. Breakfast good selection of fresh fruits, cheese's, cold cuts + hot eggs + bacon. Friendly staff felt welcomed by all of them. Would recommend
