It is cheap, but still absolutely not worth the price. We had way better accommodations for the same price or less. The room was ok, but not really clean.
The only good thing I can say, is the staff were nice and the sheets were clean.

Clean with heat when required friendly and cheap, beds comfy and staff always smiling. No frills but overall ticks the boxes The price was unbelievable and included a light breakfast in today's climate a simple but nice room which is warm and clean

It’s very clean but dated breakfast was ok the owners are very nice and welcoming we stayed for 2 nights very central location to bars restaurants and shops very near to the lagoon really enjoyed our stay would stay here again. We had air con which was a godsend there is tv in the room only Spanish

I haven’t even spent one night here but I am really impressed already. I only found Arce hotel by accident because it doesn’t come up in a Lo Pagan google search only San Pedro Del Piñata but I am so happy I have found it. The management is really good and my room is spotless. The shower is perfect (hot water stays hot).It’s cheaper than any other hotel around San Pedro Del Piñata and I have everything I need . It’s in a perfect location too.Nice quiet side street and only 5 minutes from the town centre and even closer to the beaches and bars/restaurants .This will be where I stay every time I come over from the UK now.

This was my third stay at Hotel Arce. It really is outstanding value for money. The rooms may be simply furnished but they have everything one would want including a fridge and TV. The internet was very good. The hotel is spotless. The breakfast is really all you could ask. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

You will not find a better value place to stay. It cost me £105 for 5 nights (solo traveler). The room had a new air conditioning unit and also a wall mounted fan.
Shower was powerful.
Fridge and TV in room.
Lots of plug sockets.
Free street parking outside that wasn't busy.
Bed was average but certainly not the worst I've slept in.
Room was cleaned 3 of the 5 days.
I didn't have the breakfast but I believe it's quite basic (what do you expect for the price, a private chef?)
All in all, great base to stay at. You'll need a car as it's 20 minutes to get to the popular areas like La Zenia etc. The local towns were pretty dead when I went.
Also the man on reception is very friendly, but limited English.

A lovely little hotel just off the main strip so nice and quiet. I had the single room which as expected was very small but fine for my needs. I stayed for 5 nights and hired a road bike to explore some of the amazing scenery Murcia has to offer. I wasn’t allowed to store the bike in my room but there was a secure area monitored by CCTV where I kept it overnight. No English channels on the TV so be prepared to learn some Spanish. Breakfast was fine, as expected and shown on their photos. For the price it was exceptional value, and the staff were all very polite and helpful. The hotel is a five minute walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect for what I needed.

We had the most horrendous experience staying at this Hotel and left early .
We were so glad to get away .
The proprietors wife ran screaming towards me in a threatening manner ,and completely invaded my space ,just because I took a photo of a Towel that they had accused us of soiling in our room !
This happened just 3 days into our stay We were made to feel like "Lepers" ,for the next 10 days before we left .The Proprietor ,struggled to even say hello ,whilst other guests were chatted too freely .We have never felt SO uncomfortable on any stay at any other hotel in over 55 years of travelling . Cold showers every day but for 3 when there was some "Warm" water.NO Air Conditioning"Just a recirculating fan !!! Getting to sleep in hot rooms in May /june was very difficult Please guys write "Honest" reports I will always now go for a "Better" ,higher grade Hotel ,it just spoiled our whole holiday

Extra money was taken from our creditcard. When questioning that, makeup stains on towels were given as the argument. We are sure that's not the case so we are in the proces of fighting that.

You can't beat this place for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Smallish but very clean rooms. 24 hour security because there is always someone -I'm guessing family- at the front door. Basically you have to pass through their living room/morning breakfast area to get to your room. It's a bit of a hike to the beach or the shopping area but it is walkable. Breakfast included! . On the negative side: paying 2€ a day to use the fridge is annoying and the free breakfast with instant coffee is worth every penny. ? Still value +.
