To top the terrible customer service, when later in the evening I asked for a second towel, I was told that they have to charge me €5 for an extra towel and they change them every two days! Not to mention that there was no floor towel for the shower… I honestly can’t see how this hotel can charge more than €100 for a double room in May providing zero amenities.
Won’t be coming back.
The hotel itself is also in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and close to everything you might need.
- Quite a noisy location.
- There was only one socket in the room next to the bed. The second one was above the TV.
You should also know that you will need to show your card number with which you made a reservation at the reception. This is the first time I have seen this.
We had great AC and the room was very comfortable. Also the price is very good for Alicante.
The hotel is in proximity to everything. Bus, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc are within 5-10 min walk.
