This place is magical. Genuinely whole-hearted recommendation. Clean, friendly staff, vistas of the surrounding hills that will stick with you for a lifetime. Disappointed that ******* don't check the facilties claimed. There is no bar, despite the listing. As the hotel is some distance from town, it would have affected my decision to stay there. Two rooms to fit in our family of four, suited us perfectly. The hotel is a few minutes from the town centre, but that was probably a plus. It was quiet, with great views over the valley. The villa is beautiful and the view from the villa is nice but can be misty at times. The highlight of my stay would probably be the delicious food made freshly by the chef. He was friendly and took good care of us while here. Although they provide wifi, it doesn't work well. The location is good, close to the center of Nuwara Eliya. You can enjoy mountain views, and the rooms are clean. However, one major problem is the shower. There is not much hot water, so guests are required to take a minimum shower.This was a pain.

A good budget hotel in Nuwara Eliya. However the entrance has a very steep and narrow entry road. A heater is provided upon request. Walking distance to Gregory lake, park and the town. 06th of July 2024, I was staying here for a one night with some of my friends (4pax). Very nice place, a nice room with a amazing view in the morning. And I'd like to say the service of the staff is great & I do really thank for Vinoth, the guy who gave a unforgettable service for us. It's a nice enough hotel that has all the necessities. I personally love a little old time vintage places so i enjoyed the wooden floors and triangle shaped roofs. Water temp was adjustable. Hotel workers were also sweet and helpful. However the bathroom, shower does not have a glassed wall so Water got all over the bathroom floor.
