The room is quite good, clean and big.

Perfect location, very spacious rooms and friendly personnel at the check in balie!

Hotel is well located and very central. Room is fine; on the small side and the single beds are small but fine. Only criticism is the room is really dark and needs way more lighting.

Our stay at Hyatt Place in Gothenburg was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great being right at the train station and bus station which made it easy to get to/from the airport. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located at central station in Gothenburg. Very walkable and close to shopping and restaurants. The area is busy with lots of transit and people, bit the hotel is overall quiet. Breakfast is good with an assortment of items, but can get repetitive for longer stays as the food items are the same each day. The rooms are comfortable and good size with spacious bathrooms. The bathrooms are quite basic and needs upgrading as ours had some broken tiles across the corners. Overall a. Very good hotel that we'd stay in again.

Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central just exceeded my expectations! From the perfect location to the spotless cleanliness, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities — I couldn’t rate it less than 5.
Everything was so well maintained. The room was modern, comfortable, and quiet, with a beautiful view. Breakfast had a great variety, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. It’s one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gothenburg.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, very high standard service by the staff clearly well trained in hospitality service. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Victoria who welcomed us upon our arrival and made our check in process a pleasure. She even let us in earlier than usual check in time as our room were ready early.
Vey comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting. Good space with sofa and a few small table.
Perfect location in the Central station on the first and second floor, so you can just jump from the hotel corridor to be on the ground floor (seriously, don't do this, just take the lift or escalator like a normal sane person:))
Not noisy at all in my room despite next to the train stop. Very well design sound proof room.
Breakfast buffet was amazing, good rang of options even for someone like my family that only eat Halal food - various vegetarians and eggs suitable food.
Luggage storage free of charge before check in or after checking out to help you enjoy Gothenburg without the need to carry your extra tonne of luggages.
Sauna and gym are also available for the customers.

None really, for the price tag I think the hotel is perfect.

The hotel is clean, nice and at a very good location, just next to the train and bus station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with multiple choice to choose. We love that and will come back soon

great location. delicious breakfast. nice service. it would be perfect if the early check in won't cost SEK 300. However you can work at the lobby, so not a big deal.
