Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast.

Chaotic breakfast, sauna was switched off, no checkout flexibility for 30 mins

Service was great. Fast check in and out. The room was so cozy and I love the bathroom amenities.

AC is the biggest perk Good hotel with AC!! The hotel is not the best but it’s still nice enough for a night or two. Breakfast was super crowded and it was kind of dirty, probably because the staff was overwhelmed at this particular hour.

We stayed November 30, through December 7th. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very kind and helpful. Alma and Agnes went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

The location is very easy to navigate. Single rooms are clean and standard as expected. Garage is super useful for the guests with car. Room temperature can not be controlled. Heating might be better.

The salad that was served at breakfast had lice. There were silverfish in the sink.

This is the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Within walking distance of the train station, shopping, and the Goat, the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, with Swedish, Continental, American, and English options. I highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous stay from beginning to end Lovely old building. Warm welcome. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. We were given the choice of shower or bath. Temperature was comfortable. Wifi worked very well. Breakfast was excellent. Central location. Very easy to walk from station and to reach restaurants and shopping. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Gävle.

I have 2 nights in Tre Stockar with my family. The hotel is small but cozy and child-friendly. It likes a student corridor but quite. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Kitchen is small but well-equiped and clean. It located closely to nature Katsjö.

Okay It was good, check-in was a bit confusing but that might just have been me. I had a generally good stay, liked the location, room etc. My only issue was when before checkout (around 9) a member of staff knocks and I say hello and then they simply unlocked my door anyway? And it was an awkward moment. I don't really know why they tried comming in since it's before checkout and I've rented my room...
