We stayed November 30, through December 7th.
Everything was perfect from check in to check out.
Breakfast was wonderful.
Hotel was very clean and quiet.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
Alma and Agnes went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

The location is very easy to navigate. Single rooms are clean and standard as expected. Garage is super useful for the guests with car.
Room temperature can not be controlled. Heating might be better.

Instead of as usual book Elite, I revisited CH for the first time in many years. I’m top tier in their layality program, but when booking through ******* they didn’t recognised my status ( which in this case only reason I booked this hotel). It’s a shame, Strawberry and others actually give your benefits but you don’t earn as many points. The hotel itself is a bit worn and my room have no minibar, very cheap towels etc and bad airquality. Bed are not terrible but not far off. There’s Elite Grand nearby with better service, better rooms…same price so I will not stay here again.

Needs a refresh. Noise from neighbouring rooms. Overpriced parking. Good gym though.
