I was afraid because of the negative ratings, but everything went smoothly. The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and cosy. Fridge, TV, heater, hair dryer were provided. Great value for the price. Totally worth it.
Note: if you arrive when the reception is closed, you need to call them in the app. They will give you an access code to open the main door.

Good value for money. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
However the hotel is unattended most of they day, which is weird. We had a problem with the shower stuck on boiling water.

A strange experience to put it lightly, there was no receptionist at the desk at all during my stay, my check in was between 18-19 but the door closed between this time, so in order to get in, I had to call the number on the door through which it just mentioned another number I needed to call.
After getting a hold of someone over the phone I was told the access code to get in and which room was reserved for me.
Weird experience, I don't think I'm coming here again simply because there was no employees on site at all during my stay.
Location was good though, you could get pretty much anywhere fairly quickly from here.

My stay at Hotel Bema exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic—quiet and central, with easy access to Odenplan, Rådmansgatan, and Central Station. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big, comfy bed and an amazing shower. Everything was just perfect.
The highlight of my stay was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. I requested a room with a view of Tegnerlund Park, and they graciously accommodated my wish. What really impressed me was receiving a message around 12:10 PM that my room was ready, allowing me to check in early instead of waiting until 3 PM. That was AMAZING!
Next time I have a staycation in Stockholm, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Myself and two friends booked in here very last minute while staying a few days in Stockholm when our previous plans to stay with a friend fell through. They were more than accommodating with us leaving our luggage in the hotel while they got the room ready (for no extra charge). Rooms are of course basic for the price but totally modern and spotlessly clean, anything we asked for was accommodated very generously. Reception staff are only there until 3pm each day but they do send you an email containing the door code etc once you book. Very happy with our stay!

Friendly and super helpful staff. Location is great and the only somewhat negative thing I can mention is the sound from other people's rooms being a bit noticeable.

The location is ok, you're not too far off the shopping street Drottninggatan. The price is affordable. Front desk receptionist friendly. The breakfast service a couple of blocks away at Café Nyberg was more than adequate. Remember to bring the brollies!

They had covered up mold on the bathroom tiles with white paint, dust was hanging from picture frames and strands of other people's hair in the bathroom were not removed during our stay.

I have never experienced such a sassy behaviour from a Hotel manager. First we booked and payed for a hotel room and a few days later the management team of this, really unorganized, hotel wrote us an informal e-mail just saying “we had technical problems, sorry be patience we are over-booked”. We tried to call the hotel to become clear about our sleeping situation, but they let us wait without a explanation. They Management was quite rude and unfriendly on the phone, even though they made a mistake, not we – the customers. They did not even try to help us, the only respond was “be patience” – 3 days before we would arrive. So be careful before you book here, and do not expect friendly or helpful employees.

Quite a lot of confusion in hotel operations, such as overbooking, which led trying to place people in double rooms, reserved and paid breakfast vouchers were not found in the room and after finaly got them, the hotel tried to charge of them (even them were paid allready when the rooms were booked). Room was nice and clean as well the location is good.
