It was fantastic day at hotel. Services are very good and up to standard. Staff is very helping and caring.

The hotel is easily accessible from the main train station, but it's also located directly next to the tracks. However, the room is in dire need of renovation

The hotel is absolutely popular. The lobby is basically full at night. You have to enter in batches after breakfast

The location is amazing! 5 minute walk from the Arlanda express! Right in the centre near shops. The food was incredible and so much choice even for vegans or gluten free

Good location, but given the standard could do better breakfast levels for example or the restaurant lack of choice. Noisy in the evening and overpriced cocktails.

Big hotel. Giant breakfast buffet with everything you wish for. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in 2 superior rooms with view on the park.

The hotel’s location next to Gamla Stan was ideal for exploring Stockholm and perfectly suited our itinerary. The room was excellent, spacious, clean, and very comfortable

The location was flawless and allowed her to see and do things nearby unassisted, while also allowing us to use the train from the main train station 5 minutes away to go to a nearby town, as well as within walking distance to meet her old school friends in a quintessentially Swedish coffee shop in the centre of town

A very good hotel overall, though the rooms are a bit dated. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the Central Station, but quite close to the pier. Definitely recommend it, especially for the price.

However, the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. So the breakfast room was not at its best, and the entrance was also under maintenance, with quite a few renovation materials placed in front of it

The view to the Stadshuset (Stoholm’s City Hall) where the majority of the Nobel prizes are given out from in the restaurant was really charming. The rooms were spacious and finished to a really high standard

The location of this hotel couldn't be better if you're looking to explore the city easily. Really great staff. The Spa is a bit of a let down, otherwise would be full marks.

This hotel exceeded expectations with its friendly staff, clean rooms, and modern amenities. The central location made exploring the city easy, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch

The view into the dinning room is beautiful!!

The room itself although nice, was surprisingly strangely distributed, leaving empty spaces barely accesible (In my case, the right side of the bed was practically a waste of space and difficult to get to), the wardrobe was very small and the little space it had for potential storage was already occupied with the complimentary tea, glasses, sugar, etc

I booked a Deluxe room on the highest (7th) floor and every now and then, there was a constant "water drop" sound that would get louder for around 10 mins, stop and then after a while, come back again

There's also a supermarket right in front of it, adding value to the location. Breakfast is pretty good with a fair selection both hot and cold. Shower pressure was very good as well

In general, I would recommend this hotel, although I wouldn't go for the "higher" room categories for now as you could save some money and still get a pretty decent room

The bed and pillows were extremely soft (red flag for people like me who have back/neck issues) and the views were unfortunately not the greatest

As mentioned, location is the best part. Cons: The hotel, although modern and nice in design, seems like it could use some minor maintenance

Located near the central station which conveniently to travel around city from the central. Check-in process is fast and the staff are very helpful and answer to your queries. Breakfast buffet is wonderful.

I was in the 7th floor. Try getting a higher floor. The view is nice. (See picture) They don't give any water bottles but everything else is nice! Room cleaning comes very early in the morning

Our stay in the hotel was flawless. It doesn't get more central and due to the proximity to the train station you can get to all areas of Stockholm within 15 mins via metro

Hotel is very conveniently located near the central station. Room was quite spacious, but the toilet floor is not heated so it was pretty cold standing in the toilet barefooted during winter

Stayed 3 days there and fully enjoyed the stay. Location is very near to central station. Our room was also upgraded to a higher tier room. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good as well

Easy to access from airport, and going around all the touist attraction. Breakfast is not much variety. Coffee is all day. A bicycle to rent from the hotel, but we didn't done. A View from the hotel is good.

Hotel is in the central location. Located 6-7 mins walk from Central station. Very easy to walk to many places nearby like City Hall, Shopping Street and Gamla Stan. Staffs are helpful and breakfast is plentiful.

The location is fantastic, just a six-minute walk from the central station, five minutes from the airport express, and ten minutes from the pedestrian shopping street

This was my first time in Sweden, and I stayed at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the restaurant was huge, offering a much wider variety of food compared to other hotels

The maximum temperature it can go to is 24 degrees which is definitely too cold for stockholm in the winter

A standard room costs around 1000 RMB per night and includes a very generous breakfast. This is considered quite inexpensive, even a real bargain, given the high prices in Nordic countries

Location was good city center, room was small ,no fridge in the room and no air conditioning.

Hotel is located close to Stockholm city center metro/trainstation. Super market and restaurants are all close.

Near main tourist spots and transport hubs. Electric kettle and tea/coffee available in the room. We didn't really like the separate blankets in the double beds, but heard it is the new trend in the Nordic countries

Room is tidy and comfortable. Big enough for whole family. Check in very fast and all staff are so nice and efficient. Very happy to stay here and high recommended.

Location is superb. Book a room for 3 pax, find that the room is too small & clamp for 3 persons, serves a variety of food for breakfast.

The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering is behind the church behind the hotel, which is worth a visit. Other attractions are just a short walk from Queen's Walk

Biggest pet peeve is the check in time only start at 4pm, while I was told by receptionist i can actually check in earlier around 12-2pm but only if i willing to pay an ‘early check-in fees’ for 25 euro

Close to the train station/Tram/Subway. Fast check-in and offer early check-in for us(paid). Small room but full of function and enough power line for multiple charging devices.

Some facilities are a bit old, and the gym space is a bit small, but overall it offers high value for money and is worth recommending

There are lockers on the B1 level for self-service luggage storage, but there are only a few lockers available, so it's best to store your luggage early

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Old Licorice Market and not too far from the Old City

Situated in front of Lake and close to train stations. Restaurants all around. A 10 minute walk leads to to Cultural buildings and OLD TOWN. Staff were courteous friendly accommodating. Its an aircon room.

Our room looks a bit old, but it was clean enough, and the view was really beautiful. There are many chairs and tables in the lobby, so you can work or study there, or just chill

There are not many amenities—only towels, slippers, and bathrobes were provided. This is pretty standard in Europe, so make sure to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste

The room was freezing cold and didn't heat up. The location was terrible; I had to sleep with two blankets. They said they would fix the heater, but they didn't

After I asked why they didn't fix the heater in front of other guests, they put a portable heater in the room. Hilton has become a disappointment

i was in a double bed room ,its clean to off shoes after head into the hostel. hairdyers is at the reception to borrow. its so nice pretty much coffee is available all day. its cosy for us to stay for tournament

This affordable hotel is located next to Stockholm's Central Station, perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are modern and relatively small but we had our own bathroom

Facilities were basic with limited places to hang our clothes. There was no drinks making facilities in the room but fortunately we were able to obtain a kettle and mugs from the reception
