Hotel Ermitage Verbier in Verbier

The location was excellent and there were many nearby restaurants and cafes/bakeries to choose from. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would go back if I visit Verbier again.

My experience has been very positive in this accommodation, it is a family hotel, very cozy, located in the centre of Verbier but at the same time very quiet, includes parking service which in Verbier is essential, I was 4 days and did not touch the car at all. Breakfast was very good, as were the rooms and the spa service. The reception service deserves a special mention, Miss Merlén was a real hostess who helped me with any query I made and always had a solution for everything, her kindness and cordiality in the treatment were exceptional, it is difficult to find people with such professionalism in this sector, she also spoke Spanish which facilitated me a lot of contact as my English is limited. In short, for me, it was a visit of 10. This cozy family hotel is perfect is you want to spend few days skiing in Verbier. It is located in the village center, 5 minutes away walking from the main lifts area. The staff is kind and helpful. If you have a car, the parking is free and just next to the hotel. Really recommended

Me and my friend stayed here for 7 days from New years eve 2022 till the 7th of Jan 2023. The hotel is placed right in the middle of verbier Town center so you can find all the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops all in one place. The hotel it's self is kept in tune with the old style of verbier which makes it feel nice and relaxing. The room came with a balcony with a table with chairs so that you can enjoy the amazing views of the mountains all around you. Pictures attached.

The two single beds are comfy and long. The room keeps the heat so after a long day on the mountain skiing or snowboarding you can warm up very easy. The bathroom is a big size with shower and bath in one. Perfect for warming up the bones after some stacks on the mountain.

The breakfast is a continental one but you have a great choice of stuff and the staff in their are amazing. They will make you feel at home every morning when you go in.

You get free decent WiFi in the hotel as well as a locked up ski/snowboard dry room to dry your gear after the day on the slopes. Includes boot heaters. They is a lift aswell to get you suitcases up to your floor. Also a TV with plenty of channels for all nations who stay there.

The owner is a friendly and helpful person. My friend broke his leg on the 2nd of our trip on the slope and he was awesome. He helped out and got us to our pick up point on the last day as it was going to be a struggle with the gear.

All the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home.

I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone I know who goes to verbier.

Hotel Ermitage Verbier is a family operated hotel with a hospitable, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Hugo and his family together with their staff are the very best. During my vacation in Switzerland, I've visited and stayed in Geneva, Bern, Luzern and Zurich. But, my stay in Verbier is the most memorable and I will return there in a heart beat. Thank you very much for the memories, the experience and most of all the compassion and ease of welcoming me. Thank you!

We had a terrific stay. The Hotel Ermitage is wonderfully located in Verbier, close to the tram, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are comfortable, and the hotel has everything for a lovely stay. 100% recommend!

The hotel is in the very heart of Verbier, with parking. Breakfast has varied selection of food, both salt and sweet. Staff is nice and helpful. There is a spa where you can relax after skiing. Single room has a small bathroom, but a spacious balcony. Exellent price-quality ratio. I'll come back for sure.

The hotel is run by a family and they couldn’t have treated us better during our stay. Always attentive, polite, nice, adapting to our needs and giving us a lot of advice and recommendation. The breakfast was fantastic.
On top of that I forgot my gloves in the ski room and they immediately shipped them back to my home for free. I will definitively go back to this hotel next time I visit Verbier.
