The pompous front desk manager is rude, arrogant and frankly disgusting. He was unhelpful and insulted us. This hotel is a disgrace to verbier - the rooms are dingy, and the sheets and pillows need to be burned. It was so bad, we walked out and sacrificed the cost of 2 days to stay at hotel du Verbier which is incredible in every way. I’ve stayed at better 1* star hostels AVOID.

I stayed at the Hôtel de la Poste in Verbier this February. When I first entered the hotel, my first impression was that it looked old and it was quickly apparent that nothing had been renovated in a long time. I felt the same about the room and the dining area. It seemed like only the bare minimum of capital had been spent on renovations. Where I was really shocked was the swimming pool. Although it was heated, it was outdated and dirty. There was mold on the bathroom window seals! Otherwise, I found the service friendly and the food surprisingly not bad. The hotel is well located right in the center and offers a nice view of Verbier. I would personally recommend the hotel more for people who are looking for value for money, want to spend more time outside the hotel and only use the hotel for sleeping and eating.

I am completely shocked the worker is threatening us if things don’t go his way I tried to ask him a question on the phone and he just hangs up on me I am paying 500 a night to have the staff to be unpleasant and to threaten me I find this unacceptable I am not like writing a review on every small detail I have never complained I have been here for less then 3 hours and this has all happened I find this unbelievable

Location is great, service and facilities just what needed. Clean and tidy rooms maybe a bit dated, but fully sufficient for a 3 star hotel. Beds were comfortable.
Restaurant had excellent food every evening and the breakfast was also perfect.
Parking was available for free and Hotel has heated indoor Pool.
Hosts kind and very helpful. Will definitely come back!

Just had a weeks skiing holiday in Verbier with family. Really enjoyed the hotel. As the other reviews say it is very convenient for the Medran lift and has a skiboot room. The food was home cooked style and we really liked that too. We found the staff very pleasant and helpful and go to use the surprisingly big pool too. Definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff!

The room was just what we needed before beginning our trek. The hostess was very helpful and the food was excellent. The hotel has very friendly staff and we felt very welcome.

We were just meeting friends whom were staying there, but the place has a more typical Swiss hotel than most in the resort and definitely a friendly cosey feel. Friends loved it there and go regularly and report the food is great.
