I was very satisfied with my room. I was in a room with one single bed with lots of space, the room was clean and I had balcony with great view. I was also very satisfied with the choice of food for breakfast. It was delicious. The staff was also very nice, kind and helpful. I have only positive words on your hotel. Thank you.

It is a 4 star hotel, than I have higher expectations. Swimming pool is as colt as the Geneva lake. Food is ok. Ambiance is a bit dated. Location is perfectly right at the end of the slopes and almost in the centre of the village. Rooms are spacious. Service is kind.

Overall it was a decent experience. How can you be upset when youre in the middle of the mountains. Pretty convenient to the ski lift. My room had a beautiful terrace and view of the mountains BUT the place is rather dated and you do get some peeling paint here and there. Its called 4 star but i think in reality its more 3 star. Value was Ok. I would stay here again, but dont expect too much.

As a skiier who hasn't been for a while, the company booking me to stay here on a work trip was cruel! Having to leave before the lifts opened and returning after dark. Anyway, as such my review can't comment on ski facilities or access. Room was a large size with balcony overlooking the resort. Some of the room fixtures were old, but all clean, functional and comfortable. No in room tea and coffee...

The hotel is in a great spot, the hotel is really well maintained and the hotel staff were very helpful. The bar menu was just right, and the quality was excellent. The daily Kids Club was very well lead, we were very confident leaving our children there and they had a wonderful time!

This has the potential to be a wonderful hotel. It is set in a great location, with mountain views that are well worth paying extra for. The property is spacious, offering numerous seating options by cosy open fires and boasts a fabulous pool room with an open fire, sauna, and steam room. The jacuzzi is lovely and relaxing outside of peak times (4 pm–7 pm), when it tends to be taken over by children...

An exceptionally well run hotel. Breakfast stars promptly on time with everything prepared and ready to serve. Staff are welcoming and genuinely keen to make your stay as comfortably as possible. General Manager on hand and keen to engage with guest to ensure that their expectations are met. We will go back.

This is a wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms. The staff at all levels are fantastic, with every person going the extra mile for us. The room was large and very well appointed. Whilst in the centre of town it is quiet and has a very relaxed atmosphere. We will go again.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to Switzerland~ My favorite part is the gym. The overall environment is great. It is the best gym in any hotel I have ever stayed in~

Great team at hotel; very friendly & courteous Great breakfast Excellent restaurant (1913) & chef; deserve 1-2 Michelins Room 5XX are NOT on 5th floor -- they are on -1 (spa) floor. To get from 501 to the main elevator (or to the -1 entrance) we had to cross the spa zone of silence. Arguably not a "real room". We upgraded to an excellent 4th-floor room.

We dined at the 1913 restaurant in the Villars Palace for the Christmas night dinner. The service was excellent. The meals exceeded our expectations. The staff was very accommodating to our two year old who was having a tough day. If you are in Villars I highly recommend this restaurant.

2 nd visit. Nice modern place, close to the ski resorts. Good Wifi. Good breakfast, and good dinner. Parking close by, and close walk to town. Swiss prices. English was not an issue. The hotel is about an hour and 45 drive from Geneva. Major CC accepted. Book in advance if u want GF food for breakfast.

Great property very close to the train to La Bretaye

Basic accommodation for 5* prices. Villars Lodge is used as a training school for Villars Palace (premier accommodation in town) so whilst well meaning students training in hospitality are at times forgetful and not to the standard of other hotels in this price bracket. Daily cleaning was extremely sporadic over the 7 days that I stayed here and the only saving grace is its location. Not sure I will...

Last year, I had to go to a related hotel to check in, but this year I was able to check in at the Lotti, which was nice. The staff were all friendly and kind, and I would like to stay here again. I would have liked an electric kettle in the room. The amenities were quite minimal.

I was a chaperone with a large group of students who stayed at the Villars Lodge. Sebastien and Reyna and all of the staff were absolutely awesome, they made our stay one we will not soon forget. While we were there the food at breakfast and dinner was superb. We also enjoyed the bar staff in the evening.
