Beds are OK. Rooms are clean, showers are great. The food is excellent in comparison to any 3 star hotel in Europe 🇪🇺 the beer is nice. The views are stunning. Beautiful scenery! Amazing food! The room could have held probably 6 people in the bunks, more if they're friendly. A good space and since we were there in the summer, it was quiet. The elevation is 4248 feet (1,295 meters). If you have breathing issues, you might want to skip the visit. I saw a Mom on a bicycle towing her kid to get up the hill/mountain. Those folks are sturdy! Very beautiful town...

I'll be honest, the hotel is good only for spending the night, having breakfast in the morning and going on. Breakfast was like 7,5/10. I was in this hotel in June and I don't know what it's like during the ski season. Maybe in the winter it's pretty good, but in the summer it's only for spending the night and move. However, the view was wonderful

Only if you have too! We are not used to staying at a level of property as this. I’d give it 1.5 stars. The pillows were horrible, the towels were something you might find at a High School gym.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family. The room accomodated all four of us comfortably, and we could easily store our skis on the balcony overlooking the mountains. Booked very last minute as it was a 5 min drive from Leysin Tobboganing Park. Very reasonably priced , free parking next to the hotel , bus stop right at the door if needed. Rooms are a little dated but have everything you need and it was very clean with a balcony, wonderful Mountain View and continental breakfast was included in the price. Small town so close to restaurants etc and a lovely children...

Not the first time that we’ve stayed here; we also visited this summer, but winter and summer experiences in ski resorts can be very different, but I’m happy to say that the second stay was just as good as the first. A couple of small gripes; coming down for breakfast at 9, when it runs until 10, and not seeing much left of the cooked breakfast wasn’t a good sign, but as the children weren’t hungry...

Outdated style. Beds squeak big time! Bathroom very outdated, bad lights and very bad to no ventilation in the bathroom. Most of the time nobody is present at reception of breakfast, they are somewhere else. My opinion price is to high, but that's location driven I think. Breakfast was very good, enough choice!

A wonderful hotel that our tour group used for five days. The lobby is decorated in a typical Swiss style and so is the very large restaurant/dining room. Our room on the ground floor was clean, spacious, albeit sparsely furnished but that was OK. No refrigerator. This hotel is rustic with incredible views.

Pros: The staff were wonderful. The views from the 6th floor were spectacular. The room was basic and clean. The spa area was lovely, particularly the outdoor pool and new sauna. This is a great place to stay with family in Leysin. You can walk to the town, the gondola and restaurants. The chalet room Is very convenient, good looking, comfortable beds and bedding. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are wonderful. Dining room area is great, very Swiss looking with good breakfast and dinner buffet. A lot of healthy options and variety for adults and kids. We will definetely be back
