The hotel had no air conditioning, no refrigerators in the rooms no service at the front desk. Our phone was broken and the front desk refused to provide us with another phone. The rooms looked like a hostile and the pictures online do not reflect reality. Shame on you

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing! The only complaint was the tiny balcony and the view from the balcony was an alleyway.

Perfect access to sporting halls.
Perfect location for sporting events in Bern. Clean, friendly and excellent breakfast. Will stay here again next time we have a tournament in Bern. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is in a good environment and not too far from the city center. The rooms are average, the facilities are complete, parking is very convenient, there are many varieties of breakfast, and the front desk service attitude is very good.

It was a very pleasant stay experience. The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet. Although it is an old house, the facilities are simple and the details are well maintained. The bedding is very soft and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. There are trams nearby that can directly go to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us introduce the most suitable tour route with a map, which saved us time. The breakfast is traditional European style, the freshly baked croissants are crispy and delicious with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the lady in the restaurant is also very attentive. It is recommended to contact us in advance if you check in late. The working hours in Europe are not 24 hours. I remembered the wrong time for breakfast on the last day. When we arrived, breakfast was being collected, but we were still allowed to grab bread to eat on the way. I agreed to write a review to my boss, hoping he could understand Chinese.

Comfortable, clean, with extremely friendly service. Location isn’t right by the old town, but it is in a vibrant part of town that also deserves to be explored. Free parking is a great perk. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Quiet, comfortable, well positioned hotel. We had a large and silent room (a part for a mysterious buzz coming from the higher floor).
The breakfast is complete and the food is of a good quality.
Parking is perfect, close to the hotel.
I recommend it as a solution for turistic trips in Bern and around.

Extremely helpful staff. They are family, so you're treated well. Very convenient to everything in Bern. Very clean rooms and a good value.
