The Hotel is very nice. The staff is great and cool. Modern decoration everywhere, also in the rooms. All is well equipped. The only thing we didn’t like is the food, very limited and not too tasty (all is defrosted in microwave). Also the parking, is public and 30chf per day. The overall experience is very positive. There is no doubt that we will repeat in another moxy as they are all over the globe

Decent hotel and located close to tram station and tales about 10 mins to city centre from there. Hotel was clean and had amenities. Breakfast was so so and can be avoided if have other options.

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me out of the underground garage and allowing me to park in front of the hotel.

Hotel looks great. Rooms are spacious and we had a free mini bar. However, the room gets humid soon when you take a shower and the airconditioning/ventilation isn’t the best. We could also hear our neighbors upstairs well. Furthermore, the cleaning staff took our room key with them and forgot to refill the mini bar.

This is an old-money luxury hotel. Wealthy Swiss people specifically come here for lunch. The service is exceptional; they're incredibly responsive, helpful, and super enthusiastic. The rooms are spacious enough, and the location in the old town is very close to the clock tower, just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

The hotel boasts a prime location, situated in a central area, and is housed in a beautiful old building with impeccable taste in every aspect. The restaurant's terrace overlooking the river is also very comfortable. The only downside is that the bed is too small; for such a large room, it would be advisable to make the bed a bit bigger.

Disappointed about the quality what a five-star hotel offered. Besides the poor service of first day front staff, the overall experience was compromised by the room temperature and the missing part of their ways of communication. Sad to say, i wont come back.

Regarding cleanliness, the rooms were very clean. The spa pool, well, there were sand and dirt particles on the bottom. Safety could be improved for guests with mobility issues. But all in all, a very nice place to relax. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is fairly close to the station, just a short walk away. The facilities are a bit old and have a slight odor. The sink drainage seems weak and prone to clogging. The restaurant staff are very friendly.

Good location. Only a few mins walk to the train station. The hotel has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so it's good for people taking long trip who need some clean clothes. The only downside is the noise, especially if your room faces the street. If you open the window for fresh air, you'll have to deal with construction noise and car noise early in the morning

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station. 20 meters to the left is the Federal Parliament Square. The scenery is very beautiful and the transportation is very convenient. Behind the hotel are various trams leading to all parts of the town.

Our stay at Hotel Savoy was truly wonderful. The location was perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to shops and attractions. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

Very conveniently located near Bern station and tourist sights. Also close to a tram stop (Barenplatz) that makes it easy to get to museums and so on. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The hotel is very close to Bern's youth football stadium, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel is also quite large. The only downside is the parking fee of 22 Swiss francs per night, which is a bit pricey. Otherwise, it's quite good.

This place was super clean, very centralized to old town bern and the train station that I rarely took the bus. I even walked alone at night and felt safe. it exceeded my expectations and you get a free bus pass. I will definitely be back!
