We didn’t stay here but had 2 dinners in a row at the hotel restaurant, it was great. Being someone who is always cautious to avoid hotel restaurants, this one was different. We ordered pizza margherita and prosciutto on both days (made in wood fired oven), it was perfect. Prices are average and service was fantastic.

Great hotel! We were well received by a very friendly lady. It was very nice that we could still eat something. Rooms where good and a nice view.
Nice shared bathroom. Just a 'home' feeling.
Location is perfect if you want to go to the Aletsch glacier!

Very friendly owners!
Big rooms, good beds.
The food is outstanding, the "Hirsch" is recommended (specialty of the chef).

We had a room on the top floor with a great view. The top level had a shared bathroom. There is a restaurant that serves a great bowl of fondue. As with everything, the food is expensive, but not gouging expensive. The drive to get there is stunning from every direction.

Family-owned small hotel. Very friendly staff and excellent food. Good prices even in high season. The rooms are a bit spartan, but perfect if you like it. I definitely recommend it.

Very friendly service. Clean. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Within easy walking distance of the river, shops and cable car that goes up to the must see Eggishorn glazier.
