Clean, older hotel. Room 233 was super clean, with good beds and fluffy blankets. We asked for a second pillow and it was given to us immediately. The staff was amazing, super friendly!! That's hospitality, all with Italian charm! The hotel restaurant is highly recommended; we spent two nights at the hotel and had both dinners there. The food was fantastic, especially the pizzas and tagliatelle salmone...

Italian is spoken. The staff are very friendly, though. The hotel, however, is in desperate need of renovation. The hallway smells of dog, and all the furniture is dilapidated. The restaurant is highly recommended.

Overall, a good hotel with one major flaw: there's nothing at breakfast suitable for those with lactose intolerance. A shame. Otherwise, although a bit dated, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the food in the restaurant/pizzeria below the hotel is really good.

Decent hotel in Fiesch, stayed here for 3 nights on 3rd floor. It was booked via Agoda, but didn’t have a good experience to start with. A link was given to enter the information for guest card but it didn’t work, and I responded same day but no response from the hotel. Check-in starts at 16:00 but due to change in plans, we arrived around 14:00 and I wanted to check if it was possible to do early...

The owner went above and beyond. We were unlucky to have booked another hotel that went under. The owner opened a room for us on a day when they had no other guests and matched the other hotel price with breakfast for our misfortune. All of this was already above our expectations when we heard our hotel had closed. On top of that they drove us to the grocery store so we could make it before it closed...

We only spent 1 night, but it was lovely. Room: Cute. Clean. Soap & shampoo in bathroom. The balcony has 2 chairs and a lovely view. Has TV. No A/C. WiFi works great. This is a bed and breakfast type place run by a mother and daughter. It is a beautifully filled with art done by the mother. It has a wonderful breakfast bar with the essentials. If you are visiting the Aletsch glacier this is a great place to stay.

Great value for money, super close to the gondola lift. A nice, clean room with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. There's also a restaurant in the ground floor offering a great dinner menu.

A gem of a hotel with amazing food! Fabulous experience from start to finish. Friendly greeting and attentive service throughout the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom, whilst in need to a cosmetic update, was fine. We had a lovely wraparound balcony with beautiful views of the mountains. During the winter season this is one of the best restaurants of the village. Traditional Swiss kitchen. Large terras outside. If the weather is bad, it is really crowded inside. Reservations are recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Jungfrau in Fiescheralp! It’s a great base for hiking in the region. Breakfast is absolutely delicious! The host, Lea, makes almost everything herself, from bread to jams to honey… We did a guided tour on the Aletsch glacier (2 days with one night at the Konkordiahütte) with her husband Marcel, who is an official mountain guide. Great view of the mountains from the bedroom. Very accomodating for a vegan diet. They had almond milk for coffee, made vegan bircher müsli and waffles for breakfast and had two vegan dinner choices.

Best restaurant in the Fiesch/Fiescheralp area - everything from salads, Pizza, soups (try the weissweinsuppe), mains (my favourites are the Rumpsteak, gnocchi with local blue cheese), to the chocolate cake is just great. The hotel is also very good and just next to the chair lifts. And to top it all, you have a stunning view of the Alps.

We didn’t stay here but had 2 dinners in a row at the hotel restaurant, it was great. Being someone who is always cautious to avoid hotel restaurants, this one was different. We ordered pizza margherita and prosciutto on both days (made in wood fired oven), it was perfect. Prices are average and service was fantastic. Give it a try if you’re around.

Very friendly service. Clean. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Within easy walking distance of the river, shops and cable car that goes up to the must see Eggishorn glazier. Take a bus or cheap taxi to the Hotel. All meals are available plus a nice beer garden. For the price a bargain...

We had a room on the top floor with a great view. The top level had a shared bathroom. There is a restaurant that serves a great bowl of fondue. As with everything, the food is expensive, but not gouging expensive. The drive to get there is stunning from every direction.

Clean, newly renovated room in a family-run hotel with friendly atmosphere. I had a good night's sleep and was satisfied with my choice. I was happy with the free parking as well. The owner brews his own beer and a bottle was left in the room as a gift, with a bottle opener key chain as well. I found this very attentive.

Very well equipped room (standing desk for remote work), with nice wooden finish. Backyard relaxing space and central location are also big advantage. Staff was very helpful and service flexible. Nice selection of local beers in the bar. The only think worth improving is a bit more vegetables for breakfast.
