This hotel is definitely one of the best ever. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Ailee was very accommodating to all of our needs during our stay and everyone else there made us feel very welcome and took good care of us during our stay!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Very good hotel Offers you everything you need Will always come back Best in the region Good facility Good food Good location Problems Staff is very noisy in restaurant area Such a great venue, staff needs training Spa has one Indian guy that spoils the place he is noisy and does not fit in. Remove him from there. Spa is for lady workers.

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed also the internet is good with netflix connected also its feels as home the food is good, will visit again.

Fanciest hotel I stayed in Tanzania. I got a great room with a jacuzzi tub (that I didn't have time to use sadly). There was a wedding happening so they upgraded me so it would be less noisy. Staff were very kind. The food was ok, considering the price point . Room and sleep were great. There's not really a beach, but the view of the lake is nice. It's far away from town so you need a car to get anywhere else.

I stayed at this hotel in October and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was professional, and everything was very well organized, making my stay both comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights was definitely the bar. It had a great ambiance—stylish, cozy, and perfect for unwinding in the evening. The drinks were expertly prepared, with a wide selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits. The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the experience even better. The food deserves special recognition. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The menu offered excellent variety, catering to different tastes, and everything I tried was full of flavour. Breakfast was especially impressive, with fresh options and great attention to detail. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the fantastic bar, exceptional food, and excellent service, it truly deserves the highest rating. I would absolutely recommend it and would love to return in the future.

The facility is good but the service is genuinely wanting. The hotel can greatly benefit from bringing in a new team of professionally trained staff. Wait time is too long and approach is rather too casual. Otherwise a lovely facility.
